Just looked over the patch notes. Why did Lightning and Shred Druid get all this attention when non-werebear Earth skills have been 100% non functional since release? Clearly this was the Barbarian's patch, but the Druid's Earth shit has been a joke.

It still sucks, but S3 will make it suck a little less, once leaderboards come out after 3-4 weeks(lmaoing @ blizz). This game will only become a decent game once the first expansion comes out, considering that there's a 99% chance they are saving all the good stuff for it.

Ladders/leaderboards have been a part of Diablo for 20 years. S2 in D2 back in 2004 literally had an event where people could race to 99 and win prizes from Blizzard.

Because at least with leaderboards there's some kind of reason to play after you hit 100, rather than just instantly quitting because there's nothing to do aside from Uber Lilith. As for the shitty loot, they have said an itemization overhaul is happening next season.

The open world is claustrophobic, the gameplay is still the same generator - spender bullshit for all the classes throughout all their builds, it's still going to have a cash shop with in-game currency. Yeah, the items suck too, UI is still using alpha placeholders. They need to overhaul the entire game, which they should do with the first expansion. Until then it's junk.

It will never be good, because there's no competent people left at shitzard. They all quit or got fired because of dangerhair scheming. The "people" currently pretending they're doing work at shitzard couldn't make a decent game if their lives depended on it, let alone something that would rival the glorydays.

On that note I'm trying to understand what this Barb key passive change is and it doesnt make sense. Here the change -

What the frick does that mean? How is anyone supposed to know that Berserk damage has a ceiling? Where is that explained? They should just skip this season and work on the game because supposedly next season they are gonna get rid of all the modifiers that nobody uses.

Not sure what you are talking about with a damage ceiling. It's just a flat % damage increase across the board while berserking.

Rax, Rob and Wudijo are all going Barb and they all have it as #1 in their tier lists. Mainly because the season pet scales 1:1 with your stats, so you can probably make it really crazy.

Haven't played since Season 1 but I'm looking to come back, I enjoyed what I played the story wasn't that bad either. Gameplay got stale though, farming those hellzones or whatever for gear got tedius

it's getting nerfed because shitzard can't comprehend that main power of the build came from seasonal mechanic reducing major cd to 0, without it its just mediocre at best with damage windows

Might just join the crowd and do another Barb if they're good, my s0 barb was bleed focused so kinda shit so maybe something like double strike might be good. How different are Upheaval/HOTA barb from Pulverise druid? Just finished playing that and kinda want to try something different

New characters are fun, early game loot treadmill, but seasons are boring for me because of the time limit.
