Ok we all know the Sega Saturn sucked in the USA but lets discuss its honey source the Japanese side with all the great classics for dirt cheap online or downloaded for free. Most of them use english guides or have translations out you can just burn the disk or whatever you wanna do at home

Only one I've played is Policenauts (yeah I'm a Kojima fanboy).
It wasn't as good as Snatcher but still a fun adventure and interesting world.
I was considering buying a Saturn since they're pretty cheap relative to other retro consoles and it just looks cool.
But the Fenrir ode is 2x the cost of the console and Satiator is almost 4x.

When I last checked they were around 60-70 USD including a controller, AV and power cable but it seems to be a bit more expensive now.

Only the EOP's
It's literally the same console. Almost all of those games are available in NTSC-U to begin with. This is like saying "Super Famicom's Japanese side" and posting a bunch of Mario and Kirby games. The Japanese games people always list are usually available on PS1 in English as well. Pretty much you gain close to nothing by sticking to only NTSC-J games, save for a few obscure shmups and fighting games. The best stuff was all released worldwide.
Saturn will never be TurboGrafx and Saturn fanboys will never be Japanese, no matter how hard they try.
