Yeah. Well, all the regular battle themes in hakika's games are like that. You really only hear the first few seconds of it most of the time. And then you get to hear the entire song when you fight a Guardian. I remember in colony I was really surprised that the battle theme's second half was so good. I only got to hear it when I did my first guardian fight.
Wow listen to that boss theme, it sounds like a fast and intense conflict would be playing out when that plays and slowing down once both sides exhaust themselves, spew their ideals and prepare to clash once more until the other falls. Who will it be?
Tough. Real tough. Goblin-chan has that cheeky smug I adore, the cow is a COW, Alraune-chan has Nyx's appeal, and the Murder Maiden promises fun dialogue.
How does Alraune have Nyx's appeal? She has the borderline nonexistent outfit and the autistic look on her face, but a few other girls did that too, like Nosh and Nordol. Nyx also had the sickeningly sweet dialogue and, most importantly, gentle, loving sex with lots of kissing, handholding and cute pillow talk.

The best tanking class is Nightmare. Using Wide Block and Incite is core on a tank. I also suggest getting Royal Bind on her since you’ll have free turns to spare.

She is made from a bacteria called "Labose" which is essentially primordial life and can either kill shit in seconds upon infection, or mutate them, she is implied to have broken off from the hivemind and gained sentience, but still wants to genocide the enemy forces because [spoiler]they are humans from earth, who ran away from the planet wide infection, and travel to the planet the game takes place in as an alien force in a "holy crusade" to cleanse the "filthy" planet, while also using their bodies to gain antibodies because their immune system is completely fricked from mutations.
She is a major tsun who knows way more than she lets on and basically the team's caretaker.[/spoiler]

I'm very concerned about how Shikinowa is going to be handled. I'd hate if it got the Alzhett treatment, and I'd especially hate if Nazuna's implied connection to the country doesn't get dealt with in a satisfying manner.
Nazuna has no connection other than having Shikinowan ancestors. She said it herself she was born and raised in Palgadol. As for her sword style didn't she say she was self taught and just happens to be a prodigy likely because her ancestor taught or created that style so it naturally runs in her blood (Nipponese blood so special)
Nazuna has the same family name as the founder of one of the most famous sword schools in Shikinowa, combine this with her innate talent, and obvious Shikinowan ancestry and there's clearly undeveloped plot line.
Don't expect too much from this plotline. If anything it will be people wanting Nazuna to stay in Shikinowa because she's their great swordmaster ancestor or whatever and she will refuse because that would mean no more dick from Anon-dono or she will continue traveling because PEACE AND JUSTICE.

No. Atline has auto-run, but Ghost Path, Errasaga, and Ruinswald don't. I think it's because in 2013, hakika updated Atline to 1.10. 2013 is the year Errasaga and Ruinswald came out as well, and the year before Silver Tower came out, so. It makes sense that both Atline 1.10 and Silver Tower have auto-run.

Hi. It's me. Hope you're enjoying the Atline Translation.
To be honest, I kinda forgot that there was a community for the SEQUEL series here, and wouldn't have expected that the day would come that people would actually play my translation other than because I asked for them to double check my errors. (Some still exist, like for example, the "boss" fight in Abirth's storeroom erroneously says "Here it comes" when it should be "here they come" since that fight's multiple enemies. Small stuff like that, mostly.)
Perhaps the biggest mistake I've made was failing to preserve some of the unique dialects of various NPCs. I'm sorry.
Sidenote: I wanted to change Abirth to Avers, since that seems like it's what the name was supposed to be (everyone else's got surprisingly english sounding names besides Yacco) however decided against it, as everyone I've talked to already knew him as Abirth.
...My translation isn't by any means "Professional", but it should be at least better than the official Awake translation, since I can actually speak Japanese. I just can't read moonrunes without looking at something that actually tells me what I'm looking at or otherwise sounds it out for me. Terribly inconvenient, huh?
But yeah. If it's good, it's good, if it's bad, it's bad. Nothing to it.

I'm currently working on the Ghost Path translation, and I gotta say... I don't really like the game that much! It's not very well balanced.
My work speed is pretty slow, so you probably shouldn't expect to see that finished any time soon. All the system stuff's translated (items, skills, armors/accessories, enemies, etc.) but that's pretty much it so far.

The script is something that I always hate editing, because saving a backup of it is a pain in the butt- but it's necessary, since some important text is hidden away in the scripts (such as say, the crafting, or illusion paintings)

Ah, cool. So the actual script error was not in fact, to do with Scene_Name, but Window_NameInput.
In retrospect, that probably happened because I grabbed a script from the wrong version of RPGM without thinking about it. Oops.

I'm really curious to see what party compositions people will end up using for the late and postgame content. I feel like it's pretty easy to default to the initial four because - they're all pretty good at what they do!
Does anyone really use Anessa, though? Seems like she got the *really* short end of the stick in terms of skills/utility. Sure, she gets Phoenix Force, which is incredibly out of place on her, but that's a hard pass over "the only man who gets Recover-All, Abirth" or Agatha. Even Arknoah's got more going on than her as far as roles go.

Keep in mind, the collection of 7 is all untranslated. The Atline translation is linked earlier in the thread, and it’s prepatched as well. So you don’t need to use the bin’s one if you only want to play translated stuff.

I've kept 3 things in mind while fighting her:
Replenish Auris's SP with energy jelly
Use wide block or ice jail bind attacks as Auris
Throw shit bombs
But it's almost impossible to keep all those things in check, I can get her down to 1/4 health at the very least but no more than that because she keeps instantly killing my characters to the point where I'll only have Auris left or at the most 2 girls and I'm using all my turns trying to keep health and resources up or throwing shit bombs and I can't make any attacks and just get killed. Please help!
Get more levels, get better gear. She’s a superboss, and the easiest superboss in the game, in fact.
I'm lvl 99 for all characters and playing on casual
Reincarnate. That boss can be beaten with 0 reincarnations without too much trouble just with the base game postgame dungeon gear. But it is possible with just regular postgame stuff, just kinda tight. Reincarnation will make it more consistent + give you slightly more breathing room.
That makes sense. I hadn't completed the dungeon because I got fricked up by the cloud (that and event 052 are what prevented me from 100%ing the game) Trying to defeat her is impossible otherwise. I get her down to like 20% health and she'll just do a swipe killing everyone.
If I complete the dungeon then I'll get some gear to help me defeat the b***h
Do Alzhett too, you get some crazy good gear there. You can ignore Saxa’s Dungeon for now if you just do Alzhett.

Ah. Well in Saxa’s Dungeon, you can skip the first 3 bosses to complete the event. That also unlocks the shop there since it’s on the third floor.

Well yeah. You’re meant to do Saxa’s Dungeon with reincarnations. It’s all superbosses. Plus, everything in there is unaffected by Casual difficulty.

You reincarnate at where you fought the final boss in colony. There should’ve been an event in the postgame that showed you that. You have to be level 99 to reincarnate, it gives you a hefty bonus to your HP, SP and stats at the cost of setting your level back to 1. You can do it 3 times per character.
I don't remember the final boss whether it was in the castle, virtual world or is it a combat training one? that's something I never completed either.

If I knew how, I would've added passive EXP gain for backline party members as well, since having to grind for teammates you're not using always sucks. I'm pretty anti-grind, honestly- my main interest lies in the story and lore, as opposed to the actual game mechanics.

She's just one of the hardest fights in the game. I did it with Agatha Anessa Yacco, and it was tough because Yacco would get instakilled on some attempts. Don't be surprised if you need to grind or gear up, she's hard.

In colony onward, LUK is capped at 300 since it's the critical damage multiplier. The formula for how much damage your crits do is LUK/100. So, your crits do 3x damage at 300 LUK, for example.

I'm glad Hakika decided to go for lighter theme with Innocent Rules because quite frankly I think drama or sad stuff doesn't suit him.
His best works are indeed happy go lucky adventures where the heroes overcome increasingly absurd odds without really ever descending into despair and taking the overarching narratives that tell a much darker tale in stride.
