Voice AI is awesome for bethesda mods. The fallout 3 remake mod got cancelled because they weren't allowed to take voicelines from fallout 3 and put them in fallout 4.
I won't pretend to know anything about the legality of using AI voices, but I'm pretty sure that a corporation could spin it in such a way that you still wouldn't be allowed to use AI-generated voice lines based on samples they own the rights to. And it will probably come to that if this gets big enough for one of the more litigious publishers to take notice.
