You're so fricking lazy. The Shadow Curse is a problem for like twenty minutes until you stumble into a solution. If you're replaying it then it shouldn't even take half that time.
You just make a beeline to the Last Light with a torch out and then you get a quest that'll completely disarms the Shadow Curse.
really I just found it pointless more than dangerous. the damn Deathfog in DivOS2, now THAT was a Death Zone. Shar is WEAK.

It should have been after Baldurs gate. Everyone agrees ketheric is the last boss and everyone else is a crony. Baldurs gate would have made way more sense for act 2 anyways.
