In my playthroughs, I've noticed that Shadowheart approves of every [Paladin] or [Oath of Devotion] dialogue option I've come across and seems to start taking a liking to the player character early if they do that. I've had Shadowheart say that she really liked my paladin even when she technically only had a neutral opinion of my character on the relationship slider.
Not gonna lie, her VA completely makes the character for me. She just has such a pleasant voice I find her way more attractive than I did during EA/prerelease threads
Unfortunately yeah, you get her liking you just doing random bullshit, while the frog requires a very specific choices. I wanted the frog but got Shadowheart. Unfortunately the game is not a real dating sim where you can have any agency what kind of romance you want. It's just pick these choices if you want to romance this person. Shadowheart being the romance that falls into your lap if you play the regular RPG dude good side-effect hopping aligned character.
