As far as I can tell no one has come up with a way to get her as a companion without raiding the grove.
If you skip the grove conflict entirely, both her and halsin are recruitable I think. But they're glitched and occupy the same camp because larian didn't think to implement the path

Not even a slide on how your choices affect the city (the Duke dead or alive, which criminals you sided with, etc), nothing on your companions afterward like Fallout would. It's clear they put all the time into the EA sections and left the others to rot.

DivOS2's prison island was literally the most free and open part of the game. It becomes almost entirely linear after that point.
