It plays like Nier Automata. Melee combat that relies on dodging/parrying and an RPG leveling and equipment system with sideqiests given to you by NPCs

Probably, hell the only reason he made the video was because he was being mocked by everyone for saying Eve looked like a child and needed desperate validation for his feelings.
There isn't much to say about the gameplay, as an action game fan (NGB, DMC, etc) I can say it looks very mid, but we will only know for sure after the game gets released.
We can talk about the aesthetics, and yes, the female characters look like dolls and the MC is oversexualised with all the creepy butt shots.
She doesn't look 14 at all, she looks like a doll with a Korean jaw reduction. It's actually hard to guess her age because she doesn't look human.

The last few trailers have shown mostly cutscenes with small bits of gameplay sprinkled in. If they showed any amount of uninterrupted gameplay, we might have something to talk about. They've shown too little for me to decide if I'm even interested in the game.

Blade an Soul was the predecessor to true action mmos like TERA, Vindictus and Dragon's Nest, since the game technically released in 2009. However tab targeting and lock on existee because the majority of gameplay relied on fighting game style grapples and counters.
Unfortunately none of these mattered because while the action and aesthetics were both good, the rpg gameplay didn't fricking exist, the stories were non-existent and/or barely translated slop. It's just not enough to save them from the standard korean grinder feel.
