I have all these shinies from virtual console on my ultra moon. I don't need them as I have others but what I've never had was a shiny fug. If someone has or can clone/create a shiny rayquaza that is either legit or appears to be (bankable and whatnot) as long as its legal I would take it for Idk at least one or two of these of your choice. In gen 6, the only way to get a shiny rayquaza that can be nickname (to my knowledge) was to transfer from gen 3. Luckily, I have a gen 3 shiny emerald rayqauza right here.

Pretty sure Embedded Tower fug in HG/SS could be shiny too, but that requires trading so maybe a gen 3 fug could be the easiest option here.

To be fair fug is a b***h to obtain in HG/SS unless you have both games and two systems. Might be just easier to grab one in gen 3 and transfer onward. Or just use PKHex.
