I think we're at a point where realism in games can be hot (cases in point: Cassandra from Ass Creed, recent renders of Diablo 4 Necro girl). They should hire a model with decent boobs, put her in body suit and scan her. The suit will likely compress the boobs even more than on the right but of the model is realistic enough, it can retain some cues that your brain would find hot, plus they can add scenes where she removes the suit.
