I feel like this often. If it bothers you a lot go outside and have fun by yourself. If people won't come with you then you just have to do it yourself. If you have a car maybe take a drive and go to some public place just to be there. You like music? Look up the local music scene or maybe check out a concert in your area. You're bound to eventually meet someone at a concert.
