a couple of questions regarding mechanics on implementing skibidi toilets as an enemy in my setting:
>how do I justify the head simultaneously being a blunt weapon and a weak point? Is it enough to say that the forehead part of the skull is especially thick?
>is it mechanically interesting that the skibidi toilets have glaring weaknesses (e.g. the flusher) and simple counters to said weaknesses (a metal dome welded on to cover the flusher)?
>how do I justify the extendy head ability not being overused? would it be good to make it a sort of mechanic where the toilet has to "charge up" the extension if it wants to reach out for more than, say, the size of the toilet?
>how should group-vs-group combat be implemented? (e.g. several cameramen vs a dozen skibidi toilets)
I'm mainly looking to make the experience fun while staying reasonably faithful to the skibidi toilet lore.

Assuming 5e... Its HP-based. You're considering far too much unnecessary detail. 5e has ability recharges and such to answer your other questions. Maybe a flush can be attempted reverse-mindflayer style with a couple successive grapple rolls resulting in a flush.

With zero irony you should use Delta Green.
Skibidi Toilets are used like horror movie or X-file enemies. players could get ambushed in bath houses, home department stores, etc. Players hear the singing come from different rooms, different floors, etc. but the singing either goes quiet when they get too close or it gets louder as the player are bomb rushed. If you use cameramen then you just need to refluff the stats for Men in Black/G-Men.
If you don't want to do that, then use any post-apocalypse game system.
Post-apocalypse (Apocalypse World, Mutant Year Zero, possibly Gamma World) or X-Files (Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green, Monster of the Week).
That's a good place to start with the theme and mechanics, use Google Bard or Bing AI to help with the minor details. Now go frick off and get started 🙂

right now I'm thinking through a lot of things because I have to work with the very underdeveloped skibidi toilet lore. what I have so far:
i imagine skibidi toilets as being snail-like cyborg creatures with most internal organs in the toilet cistern.
thematically, I don't think "post-apocalypse" is entirely right. both sides coordinate their actions, pool resources to create larger units (e.g. titans), do R/D and so on.
It sounds silly, but part of me wants to take [very loose] inspiration from ww2, with the toilets as the wehrmacht and the cameramen as the red army, soviet partisans, etc. it's really stupid but I don't have much to work with, and this would give me some background for both sides and a lot of ww2 kino to use as insipration
For the record, light means light. ripping off the eastern front heavily would change the character of the series and also metaphorically piss on the graves of everyone who died in that war. Rather, I guess the point is to gain inspiration for what subfactions there’d be and how they’d work together and provide ideas for a few possible encounters

honestly skibidi toilet isn't even that bad. it emphasizes masculine values (fraternity, courage, righteous violence) and doesn't try to push variosu forms of woke ideology like other kids shows do. that's why the israelites hate skibidi toilet
