I like the ending where it's just the Hero and the Princess leaving the cabin together. It feels like a good middle ground between what the Narrator wants and what the Princess wants. The Narrator wants her slain because he fears her destructive potential and the Princess just wants to be free. The Princess isn't slain and is freed, but she isn't a world destroying monster anymore.
This doesn't change the fact that the universe is near death though. Only now there won't be a new one made in its place. Or maybe after experiencing life as a mortal for longer and interacting with things and people that aren't LQ or the Cabin the SM/Princess might change her mind regarding recycling everything and be more amenable to changes in the plan, like creating the afterlife

Princess would be difficult and would depend on why you decided to do it, which in turn would probably depend on your earlier conversation with the Narrator. You could end up with a Princess who's overly reactive and exaggerated since you decided to have a nice day to see what she'd do, for instance, indicating you perceive her reactions as being interesting. Or the princess could be faded and muted because you were only doing it to see how the narrator reacted and you don't really see her as being very important outside of how invested the narrator is in her.
The Princess that's incredibly self conscious because she thinks you killing herself was because you thought she was too ugly to save. She hides herself in the darkness of the cabin away from your gaze and tries to sneak out by shadowing you without you noticing

i barely understood everything but i am content with the ending that i got
i just wanted to ask if the true-true ending was worth getting
or is it just a different "flavor" of endng

The "Good Ending" in the achievements is actually a joke "ending"
There are a bunch of endings (4 I think) and they're all worth seeing. StP is definitely a game where motivation comes from just wanting to see everything. If you feel you're done with it, thats fine, but you can't see all the Princesses on just one playthrough, so imo its at least worth it to play through until you've seen all of them. And it would take even more runs to see all the permutations or conversation choices with them, but thats a bit much for me personally.
6 endings that roll credits (one excluded from the beating the game achievement) and then variations on some of them one of which has an achievement tied to it
Save before shifty and you should be able to see all the endings

The game itself remind you that the game is meant to be a love story so the intended path to take is team princess, the mortal one not the shift-b***h in my opinion. Ignoring that though I believe I would had done what the Narrator did if I was in his shoes and had the power to do such. "She" isn't a person but a force, if anything shift-b***h proves that much. If you love mortal princess then fair but from my understanding her morphing and adapting is proof that she always was bound to become shift-like.
Adversary+ and the Witch seem fun and to a lesser degree razor. Toxic as hell relationships aside if they were a bit less physicals they could be interesting lovers. Adversary+ be a good workout buddy for example.

It's hinted at in Stranger's route where the stairs split into three: a hard route (keke), a soft route (baba) and an intermediary. Princesses are paired together with contrasting but complimentary routes, and Damsel is the soft, pillowy route to Prisoner's hard, pointy one. Their breasts reflect their characterisation.

I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if that's an option. One of the main drives of the Pristine Cut was letting you actually kill Princesses, after all: just don't expect it to get as much added to it as Fury/Den/Apo do.

Ethos change mid-development. You were originally going to give each Princess an ending in order to pull them out of Shifty in the final argument, so Shifty would interrupt the story before it had ended and take the Princess away (including before you killed them). They changed their mind to skip the ending idea and let you kill the Princess midway through, leaving some of the routes using the old plan where you never actually saw them die and others using the new plan where you could kill her. Their original plan for the update was to just reconcile the two and have an update that just gave you the death scenes, as talked about in the interview

Doubtful, for a while they very resolute on there being no further additions to the game. It's a miracle they ever listened to their fans went as far as this DLC. They main focus after this will be SH, then Abby's webcomic, then some new game when they decide to make it

How much point is there to replaying? I got the credits. After doing the thing where you get her a bunch of different vessels.
There's 6 endings and about 3-4 replays worth of unique chapters. I would say replay it atleast once or twice and then utilize save states to see everything else
