That's just 6v6 in a nutshell. It's non-stop switching regardless of team style.

this never happens in vgc. battles rarely last over 20 mins (time). at worlds this was the only one that did cause the guy on the left (kenji) had a stall like team and the guy on the right (kaito) knew his win con was to just pivot, chip and play for time.
there's no hope unless you can teach what friends you have how to play mons, in particular BW2 shit. there might be a community where you can play, but you will get 5-10 minute waits for a gen 5 ou battle. I miss scarf Kyurem-B and clicking buttons to get ragequits on PO
Are 66 turns in showdown too much? Because animations are super fast unlike the main games where i got bored after

Gen 5 was peak smogon.
Early gen 6 was fun as well, it didn't go to shit until ORAS when they failed to ban sableye.
I wish more people played old gens on the simulator, but the playerbase is diluted because they have 10000000000 different formats.

vgc has actual timer stalling
The timer is for >= 20 games. Smogon OU can take hours because some dude is being an butthole, wearing down PP.

Some kid was mean to me on Showdown so I told him that I had his IP address and that I was gonna come to his house and kill him, I was banned.
Turn 66 is pretty good for a game that supposedly has strategy behind it
