Unironically, my friend, who cheesed ER, somehow beat the game without cheesing.
He didn't even you know you can do sneak attack on Ogre and some bosses. He didn't even know fire cracker was thing.
That was the tutorial.
Yes, I mean the second Genichiro encounter.
The opening sequence teaches you the basic controls, but Ashina Castle teaches you how to play the game.
Best gameplay in the series.
Though, I wish there are more than one playstyle in the sequel, but I don't want ER copy pasted move set at the same time.
Best game FROM has made in the past decade. It had vision and it executed it perfectly and uncompromisingly. The only blemish it has is having no DLC expansion, but even then narratively it doesn't need one.
sekiro gives you a lot of movement options in both air and on ground and combat revolves mainly around puzzle-solving in "which tool counters which enemy" and your sword is mainly the best tool against humanoid enemies, you also can't actually kill bosses directly and need to score multiple kill-shots against them (the same kill-shot that's used to instakill a humanoid enemy or monster)
nioh lets you just unga bunga against stuff a la dark souls but you're very nimble on your feet and there's a lot of stamina gauge management, including a "refresh" mechanic where you can tap the button and get back most stamina you've just expended with a shaded portion of the gauge
How is this garbage game not completely forgotten yet?
It was nothing special.
Pure ninja kino filtering shitters like to this day.
>ninja kino
>shitkiro
Tenchu lost.
Imagine being so loud while having such unredeemable shit taste.
>simon says enjoyer
if it wasn't for the shill brigade it wouldn't have even gotten launch threads
It alright
solid clang clang stabby stab game, still pissed it's not on sale.
It's great.
great game that filtered all cheese gays and coop shitters
>great game that filtered all cheese gays
Kek, knew what it was before I even opened the link
>what we WILL DOO
Also DoH can suck my dick

I got filtered. That said, I was pretty bored up until I hit a brick wall with Genichiro
Very good and fun.
That was the tutorial.

I hate how they make you wear a dress. It's all so tiresome.
Second worst From game after Elden mid
The entire run to mibu village left emotional scars that will never fully heal.
better than elden snooze
One of my favorite of all time.
Pretty great but it's something you play 3 times:
>blind
>100%
>shura ending
>being such a degenerate as to even consider the Shura ending
Wolf is a good boy.
It's literally the only time you see Wolf smile is after he kills Emma. Shura ending is just him accepting who he is.
Best game in the past 10 years.
I can't tell you because I keep fricking dying and now everyone has the dragon plague
>he gave everyone dragon aids
better than ER by a galactic margin
Chadkino
Best gameplay in the series.
Though, I wish there are more than one playstyle in the sequel, but I don't want ER copy pasted move set at the same time.

breddy gud
don't try and play it like it's a souls game, every dumb dark souls junkie did and hated it. it's a tenchu game at heart
what should I play sekiro or nioh
both are completely different kinds of action games
play sekiro if you want to be an assassin, play nioh if you want to be a samurai
I've never been an assassin or a samurai, I don't know what either of them play like
