Your main quests and storylines aren't woke at all, it's standard DnD fare.
You'll notice a huge amount of NPC's are gay, and will spend their one dialogue to inform they are in fact gay (Deep Gnomes), This is likely the result of a writer on staff having nothing to contribute but making everyone a gay. But you yourself can avoid homosexualry if you pay the smallest amount of attention to your dialogue options.

The only part that actively locks you out of a ton of content down the line is by siding with the goblins and let's be real, you didn't do that because you hate tieflings, you did it because you want to frick the drow dommymommy. It's not really meant to say anything, what's going on with the Tieflings is literally just the followup to the tabletop module that takes place right before the game where their city fell into Avernus and the adventuring party gets everyone out ok.

the gay romance can be knowingly bypassed when u have the night party with the characters in act one. who you talk to first with "agree" options will be the romance partner you choose.
What part of any of this game is even "woke"? If your character turned up gay or fricking a bear, it's on YOU. Even as annoying as Aylin was (fricking hate how hard they tried to make her like a typical highschool jock), she wasn't scissoring her girlfriend 24/7. At most you'll see her flirting.

Romancing shadowheart and turning her from a broken sharran roastie prostitute into a tradwife was extremely satisfying
BG3 only really gets pozzed at the end of Act 2 once its revealed that Aylin and Isobel are lesbos.
From then on the increase of gays and lesbos is everywhere within Baldurs gate itself.
But it's also pretty ignorable and missable. I enjoyed the game enough that I just overlook it.
