Why does fighter, mystic knight, and warrior get the best looking armor?
I want to head more of the immortal set as an assassin, but I can only wear the helmet. The game has a lot of cool designs for pieces but it's hard to mix them together.

I also noticed their moves drain stamina a frick ton compared to other classes, but I leveled a lot in warrior so I don't have a ton of stamina, but I have a lot of health. I'm also climbing a lot for dire gauge, so maybe I need the strider augment to halve the stamina drain when climbing.

Honestly everything except for mage/sorc is fun to play as. I'm currently playing as a hammer warrior and it's cool. Not having a ranged weapon isn't really a problem, that's what pawns are for. Plus a lot of enemies (like harpies) you don't even really need ranged for, an aerial attack will still let you reach them. For cyclopes, I just crawl up their back up to their forehead and then bash their eye until they fall over, ezpz. Ranged weapons are for jumplets and climblets.
How do you handle wights?

Kill the summons, the wights will hover lower to summon more guys, that's when you can reach them with an aerial. Like all skeletons they're weak to blunt, so if you're a hammer warrior, you only need to get one or two good hits in.

Sorcerer is an absolute blast to play. And by that I mean using your comically strong melee attacks and high mobility alongside the usual world enders. Bringing down a charging Drake with a well timed wall of ice in a final winner take all gamble is peak Dogma. With holy spam it's a 3rd person twin stick shooter. Mage meanwhile sucks. They are not the same.
Use dinput to equip any weapon on any class, and create your own combo.
Assassin with sword + bow. Hope you're playing body type 2 because that's where all the good looking armor is for yellow classes
