In today's reality, single player adventure games don't last very long. Even if the guys put some effort into making a world that's actually interesting instead of copying and pasting the same assets, enemies and puzzles thousands of times like Nintendo did, it's still a matter of days before autists unravel all the content and youtubers, twitchers, twitters, etc., disseminate all the knowledge to the public.
In any case, Zelda TOTK seems to have had zero cultural impact.
