Ninja gaiden 1 had more weapons that all of sekiro.
In bayonetta I swapped off the default weapons as well.

Sekiro is an Action/Action Adventure game, not an Action RPG, what you're asking for is basically akin to saying DMC should have turn based combat. It's not a flaw, you're literally asking for the game to be something it's clearly not trying to be.

it's because you can't play like a little b***h in Sekiro(magic, shields, circling), aggression is the name of the game. I think it's their best as a whole even if I really like Elden Ring. (I haven't played Bloodborne )

It's unironically too hard to be enjoyable. It's just unfun.
I'm not some journo homosexual who's going to use Cheat Engine to get infinite health to complete the game, instead I just stopped playing around halfway through because the difficulty just wasn't fun.
I love the Soulsborne series, but I could never get Sekiro to "click" for me. Bought it on release and have even gone back to it a few more times over the years.

I like sekiro and I play it still, but I don't waste time creating a new save/starting over from the beginning, I just play the boss battles I want to play and that's it. it doesn't need to be more than that, either. if I could do the same in elden ring I would. the reason people don't talk about it is because there's nothing to talk about. maybe if you dig deep you can get some lore based discussion going on but it's not on the same level as souls/elden ring.
The game is five years old with zero new content on the horizon, why would anyone talk about it?
If you pretend that there is some special reason why do or don't talk about a game, then you can trick people into watching a video where you just read wikipedia articles and talk about basic gaming knowledge stuff.
