During the 80s-90s we had VA schools and a professional group of people which is how we got so many quality dubs like The Simpsons, Futurama, Dragon Ball, etc. but during the 2010's they realized it was cheaper to hire famous actors. TV actors were fricking EVERYWHERE in dubbed movies during the 10's, and now in the 20's the trend is hiring youtubers and tik tokers.
