Idk, usually whatever made me cancel the game

I don't play D&D.
I stop talking about the game between sessions and get passive aggressive next week
A) Cry about it
B) Go beat the idiot that missed the session sometimes that is me
C) Ask if anyone wants to play vidya together
D) Ask if anyone wants to play a one-shot
E) Riot
I tend towards D and C, myself
Maybe hang out with the other players. We basically have a group of a dozen or so people who are in each others' games, so it's not uncommon for people to play other video games together on nights when they aren't in a game.

Get together anyway and either play a oneshot, play vidya, watch a movie, or just hang out.
usually my group has at least one other game on the go, so if it's not cancelled for lack of players, we play that
Usually one of us will throw together a one-shot and we'll play that.
Otherwise I'll just play solo instead. Or read some lore or build terrain or something. This is all assuming that I'm itching for something /tg/ related.
Make a thread on /tg/ about it
Play a boardgame instead. Put on some kind of comfort fantasy movie like Conan, Return of the King, or Willow. Paint miniatures for the next sesison.
