The real wasted potential is giving it a higher physical attack stat and a signature move that boosts attack, while having a movepool that vastly favors non-STAB special attacks. All you could really do with this thing in its debut generation is Gear Grind and Wild Charge.

I used it as a trick room setter in RU.
Trick Room sucks ass in singles, but I love it. When you get to that low of tiers in Gen 5, the only non-psychic, non-ghost setters are Klinkklang and Audino (and I guess Porygon)
