A lot of the population is now educated but the country's system relied on a lot of uneducated for labor, so now there's too many educated Chinese and not enough jobs for them, while a mass surplus of hard labor jobs that no one wants to do. Even with the government bringing in Africans for cheap labor, it doesn't fix the severe unemployment issue and the fact that China's graduates are becoming disillusioned. It's not a "destroy the country" issue, but one that can impact it hard overtime. China's covid response also cost them a lot of foreign skilled workers after the country opened up again who left the country to move to other SEA countries or back to places like Europe or the US.
