There is none. They even have platforming games where if you land after taking a jump, you die. Truly the Speccy is the greatest system of all time.

The Dizzy games, they're everything bad about Bong game design. Only one live, you can't jump anywhere, and the game expects you to some some moon logic puzzle. These are the crown israeliteels of the Speccy? Ha!

Why are speccy gays so insecure that they’re always criticizing the NES?

I think it has something to do with the eternal hate of the zx spectrum on /vr/. There was a speccy hate thread the other day. On top of nintendrones always hyping up Nintendo products as goat. Nintendo is always used as a humiliation intensifier when bullying bongs. It's only natural they grasp to the small victories they have. I have no horse in this race, but I like to support the underdog and that's the speccy and in this instance the speccy wins.

This is a false flag drone thread, anyone who isn’t a disingenuous homosexual can either enjoy both systems or at least appreciate the spaces they occupied, most normies don’t even know the ZX existed except in bongistan

They didn't put the co-op mode in NES DD because AFAIK it was done by a really green programming team that had never made a NES game before and they weren't experienced enough to attempt it. It wasn't due to technical reasons as obviously DD2 did have co-op mode. The game is also incredibly buggy which proves that the programmers didn't quite know what they were doing.

Double Dragon is one of those games that everybody raved about when I was a kid, yet every time I played it I thought it seemed like concentrated ass

DD on C64 and Amiga had the 2 player mode as well but that doesn't mean anyone can play those ports without suffering a debilitating brain aneuyrism.

Now try actually playing the game.

      >Atari 2600 port
I didn't know this even existed and it released in 1989 apparently. Who the frick was still buying 2600 games when even the Genesis was out?

Grandmas who thought it was the game little Johnny wanted. At that time the 2600 had been reoriented and marketed as smth for budget conscious families.
There was also a 7800 port which is less bad.

Marketed by Tramiel-era Atari as a poorgay/budget system and it did get a round of new games in the late 80s.

Hail the Speccy, in pixels bold and bright,
A British legend, in computing light.
    Sinclair's pride, a pixelated might,
In Spectrum's realm, where dreams took flight.

Born in the Isles, a UK machine,
In vibrant hues, a pixelated sheen.
Colour palette rich, a vibrant scene,
    Speccy's glory, a gaming queen.

Arcade ports true, a wizard's spell,
In Spectrum's realm, where legends swell.
    R-Type's challenge, a pixelated well,
    Speccy's prowess, a gaming bell.

Space Harrier soared in a pixelated sky,
In Speccy's glow, where eagles fly.
Galaxian's dance, in the midnight high,
    Speccy's triumph, where legends lie.

    Elite's cosmos, a space frontier,
In Spectrum's grasp, no rival near.
Manic Mansion's tale, in shadows clear,
    Speccy's anthem, a pioneer.

Jet Set Willy danced in pixel delight,
Lords of Midnight, in the moonlight.
    Defender's clash, in arcade's night,
    Speccy's anthem, in gaming's sight.

"Love me Speccy," the gamers cried,
In Sinclair's vision, their dreams implied.
A pixel symphony, where legends bide,
    Speccy's saga, in history's tide.

    Rule Britannia, in Speccy's reign,
A pixelated anthem, a proud refrain.
In Spectrum's glow, a legacy to attain,
Hail the Speccy, in gaming's domain.
