>Some of Starfield’s planets are meant to be empty by design — but that's not boring. “When the astronauts went to the moon, there was nothing there. They certainly weren't bored." The intention of Starfield's exploration is to evoke a feeling of smallness in players and make you feel overwhelmed. You can continue to explore and find worlds that do have resources you need or hidden outposts to look through.

Here's the summary of Shartjeet Timeline on Ganker
When starjeet first leaked by /ourBlack person/ Tyrone, Ganker reaction is mixed about the game, some said it was good, some were concerned, but Tyrone said that 'Todd is doing a great job' or something like that about Starjeet, assuring this board that the game will be good enough for everyone.
Then Tyrone got arrested, Starjeet got released, some anon played it early and 'positive reviews' started to pouring in. Anon who got their hands early on starfield disliked the game, Ganker is shocked "wtf why did we got tricked by a hood Black person? Tyrone said it was good?!".
During starjeet public release ,the reception in Ganker has become more and more mixed. It was divided because media said it was a good game but the actual player doesn't have that 'good experience' with the game. Ganker has started to avoid talking about shartjeet at this point.
For several weeks, there's only one or two threads about starjeet, even 2022 Ganker after starjeet first gameplay reveal was talking more about that game than several week post starfield release.
One or two starfield thread(s) that were talking about the game is actually talked about the development and bethesda rather than the game itself.
          >why did the game like this?
          >what happened at bethesda?
Then people traced the actual problem to emil pagliarulo, the problematic bethesda developer that now working as lead design in the game, basically responsible to starjeet shit ass game design and stuff like that. Some anon found credit title where 90% hindu worshipper is also responsible for the game messed up shit. Then, another news where devs like Kuhlmann leaving bethesda is another interesting thing to Ganker , like there has to be something going on in there.
After learning about the source of the problem, Ganker prefer to laugh about it and post things that make pajeet mad, and here we are right now.

I'm not mad because of the samey, randomly generated planets. I'm mad because everything in the game feels randomly generated and copy-pasted. Even the "unique" quests all feel the same. It's all talk to x, kill y, get item from z, without any unique challenges or gimmicks. The only quest I can recall having with from my 100-hour playthrough was the Ryujin quest where you had to infiltrate the Ryujin HQ.

Bethesda haven't been the same since Morrowind. They've tried to emulate that success but they're just not capable. Everything needs a big budget and an inclusive staff now. But for all their money and diversity - there's no substance. The last interesting story came from New Vegas and that was because of Obsidian.

Tldr: women and poofters have no place in gaming.

Nobody cares. They're still procedurally generated trash with nothing to do on them. There no point in having 2000 planets if only a tiny handful of them give you a reason to actually go there.

        >b-but you can gather resources!
And do what? Spend 5 hours setting up a supply chain across multiple planets with the shitty base building mechanics that in the end doesn't even let you do anything new, because you could just spend some of the literally endless money you get from selling leveled bandit gear to buy those resources directly?

This game was noway hyped nor claimed to be a NASA realistic game, I don't quite remember starfield being overhyped. Watching the trailers and reveal gameplay, there was quite positive comments, then went radio silent with the gamescon Starfield gameplay review, immediate good impression with everyone on Ganker stating oh I wanna be space cowboy etc etc. Fast forward to the launch release date, the games gets absolutely shafted by everyone, snoy and normie youtuber expecting it to be like the perfect space realism l, aliens kinda game, only a skyrim/fallout in space game. No way Microsoft overhyped it for interest. Todd didn't even lie, and yet people spat on him. If this game came out on Playstation or was a Playstation exclusive, this would have definitely been threads or postivie reviews on it.
