Think about it for a minute. In Forbidden Memories, neither of those effects really exists. Your hand is in practice always 5 cards, and tributing monsters isn't a mechanic. Even if you substituted that with fusion materials, the game most likely doesn't keep track of how long a chain of fusions is, after all, why would it? No mechanic uses it.
And that's without getting into whether those effects could be implemented in a hack at all.

There are limits. Hacks tend to rely on existing game systems to function, which is why you rarely see hacks that significantly alter the way a game works fundamentally.

The AI cheats and can have more than that, but that's outside of the rules of the game.
