I remember marketing and how online people tried to paint it a certain way but the game just turned out to be a really fun country shoot-out war, it doesn't patronize you and both sides have women and minorities both to help and to kill.

The massive ironic part about this game is that it is somehow the least about politics. All the talking means nothing, play the game, for free even, and you'll see it's just a fun romp.
There's like 1 Black party member and she's a cool sniper, the rest are all literal animals and trigger happy guns, planes, arrows, etc.
The game isn't centered around anybody but you and Joseph.
