Nta but,, This is terrible bait.

It's like what someone that hates Sonic Heroes imagines Sonic Heroes to be in terms of control and general gameplay. Your movement is sluggish and imprecise, seeing as you have no speed cap and your turn radius is much lower than any game before it. Your jump is barely controllable in midair, your spindash is too slow to actually be effective, and even when you do get some use from it, your speed is so quickly murdered afterwards. Your combat options are limited to guns, which work only half the time in terms of targeting, because your melee is so incredibly neutered. Shadow's hitbox is big enough that your regular melee attacks are entirely useless, and your homing attack sees less use than ever against any enemy that isn't set up for a homing attack chain. The only way to get use out of non-gun attacks is with your basic jump, and even then, you won't hit more than once if you don't get within makeout distance of your enemy. Rail switching is improved only on paper, seeing as you only switch rails in 2 out of 23 stages and in incredibly short segments. It's more braindead now that spamming the acceleration button doesn't halt your speed at all like it did in Heroes. In fact, you gain nonstop, infinite speed from it. You no longer have to think about how you approach rails or how you can use them to your advantage in stages like you can in games before and after Shadow.
