time stage speedruns aren't skill intensive at all, you just need the best possible luck to get the cookie-cutter loadout that clears it quickly (basically just CEO's Tears and passives that give you damage and attack speed)
and each run is pretty quick so it's easy to restart over and over until you get lucky
