Yeah I agree that the speech ending for New Vegas was undercooked, though it is implied all you've done is delayed the Legion who intend on returning later on. The best ending is killing Lanius then and there to ensure the Legion collapses.

I can agree but I think the F2 devs were feeling bad because otherwise the Oil Rig is massively punishing for speech characters. Horrigan and Richardson tell you to frick off. There's a better one with getting another Enclave member to overload the reactors.
