What EVs? Im assuming Atk and SpAtk? And did the Golbat get two Air Cutter crits? I say youre over reacting.
I followed the Smogon build for it so some HP, Atk and SpAtk.
I think you fricked up a little because blaziken needs speed EVs aswell because of its barely middling speed.

those sets are designed for their formats where they want blaziken to be able to survive with enough HP against specific threats/moves or have just enough speed to outspeed specific mons. battle tower is going to be different
did you think offensive EVs would make it bulkier? it's going to be frailer than your usual ingame blaziken since it won't have any added HP or def

If you want to go for battle tower I only recommend smogon battle frontier records. People post there how they reached like 500 streaks.
Btw. Ruby tower is really easy, emerald tower is annoying. The whole battlefrontier is doable except palace, still need the gold there and shitty ass factory.

Also I was actually able to salvage the poor fricker since my last save was near the start of the SpAtk EV training, I just have like 15 less Speed EVs as a result but it should be fine.
If it was Adamant why would you SpAtk train at all? Is this some strat I don't know?

There are better Pokemon for this. Metagross, Salamence, Hariyama, Heracross--all are good physical sweepers and can learn those moves you listed. If you fricked up Blaziken's EV spread just go for another Pokemon.

I'm also already using Salamence lol idek how good this is gonna be I just picked 3 strong looking mons and went with it.

Similar to the team I used, except Metagross instead of Blaziken. Looks pretty good anon, you should do fine in the R/S tower. Though I'd recommend a few things.

>White Herb may be a better choice for Blaziken, but that's up to personal preference

Adamant is awful for Blaziken. Imagine using the Fire starter and gimping his fire moves.

Before the physical/special split, all starters either went special or mixed.

You want Naive nature with Max Speed and Atk EVs on your Blaziken with like, Endure/Reversal/Swords Dance/Overheat as moveset and like Salac Berry as item. This is the only set you want on your Blaziken when it comes to tower, or the whole battle frontier.
