We can't just have alien ambiguity and Venom choosing to mock Spider-Man's image with the logo, no, now the logo has to be a dark ancient dragon.

how the frick do you "fix" Knull, he's inherently and conceptually a shit idea
it's like asking how to fix the knife you've been stabbed with, the damage is done, all you can do now is remove it and hope you live long enough to eventually forget it ever happened
Even though it's not Eddie, the concept art showed that it's still a "buff" Venom, so Kraven seems to be the most likely candidate. That said, they still have to resolve the Harry cliffhanger from the first game, so we'll probably get a "Harry Venom" at the beginning of the game. Then Peter wears the black suit. Then we get Kraven as Venom.
Who the frick cares? The game has Miles Morales in it, which should be more than enough reason to tell you the game is worth skipping. If a Spider-man game/movie/comic has any replacement wannabe spider people in it it is automatically trash.
