Felt like I messed up my positioning at crucial moments, which pretty much cost us some games. Need to improve my aim as well, sometimes I miss targets I really shouldn't miss. Good games nonetheless.

No, not really. Didn't feel like too much of a difference. That said, I spend most of my time in SR, so I can't judge it too well.
I'll take that as a compliment. R was the most annoying one for me, guy just appeared out of nowhere sometimes. Had a lot of trouble dealing with the Snipewriter as well. that one's really hard to approach as Ballpoint.

Yeah, especially since it's a slosher I cannot give you any good advice. One thing that I've been noticing is that you're playing way too passively in some situations, judging the situation and not engaging in a fight at all. The way I see the tri-slosher to be used is way more aggressively, flanking the opponents and being a huge annoyance. Also, stop just randomly throwing your fizzy, it's a huge waste of ink if it's not charged to at least level two. What's the abilities you're currently using if you don't mind me asking?

I do think the build is fine, but there are some adjustments I'd make. The amount of SCU is not needed, I'd probably replace the subs for 2 subs of SPU for two more seconds of tacticooler and one sub of special saver so dying won't hurt too much. I don't think IRU is a good ability at all, maybe try replacing that for some SSU. I am also seeing a lot of people use Comeback for that weapon, and I think it's worth trying over LDE.

Never played clam blitz so I just went for kills and apparently it works
I did that once when I chose it by mistake. Really through off the other team.

Clam blitz can be a bit tricky but yeah, it's like any other mode in the sense that pushes are made when you get kills w/ map control/specials etc. When you push into the basket area you want at least one person focusing on killing while other(s) are finding clams and keeping it open as long as possible. You don't want to just pop the clam basket and not do any follow up because that gives the enemy team a free super clam + penalty points. Every push you want to make sure you get a good number of clams in when you break the basket. When you have a super clam on your person it's like having a target on your back, you have to be careful so you want to try and form the clam while you're near their basket area and break it quick

I like how it's double edged and you can use to bait morons as well by throwing the superclam and then sharking nearby

Clam Blitz is honestly my worst Mode because I don't know what to bring.
I usually use the Heavy Splatling, but that's not mobile enough. I tried the .96 Gal, but that's too inconsistent. I thought about the Splattershot, but I get swarmed in Close-Range Fighting.

Grizzco shop update feels likely since they've been doing it every second update so far. Other than that, it might just be the usual two maps. Maybe the rest of kits + new Dualies and Brella if we're lucky

Part of me really wants to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially the part that wants to see 8 again, but a whole year of Splatoon 3 updates didn't do much to inspire confidence. Even if they are actually sort of doing better now. On the bright side, that right there is a new wallpaper. And this image is also really nice. Looks like the release date announcement has opened the art floodgates once more.
