I uninstalled the game after beating it 3 times..
Didn't make a webm of the liftoff cutscene.
You know when you press the Space bar to go into space from the spaceport?
Ever wonder why you are not seeing a cut scene from first person perspective.
Why you look at the ship taking off from the ground as it leaves the atmosphere?
Because its the cuckold voyeurs perspective.
You observe from the side.
I used to think it was an engine limitation thing. But then occassionally, you raid a pirate/ecliptic ship from the ground and in their panic, the pilot tries to liftoff. You literally can see the whole liftoff view from the wienerpit. Baffling that they never show it to the player on their own ship
just did a mission for the crimson fleet where you stand in the wienerpit of someone else's ship for an entire lift-off and then docking sequence, and you could move around, speak to the pilots, look out the windows, and the whole process was butter-smooth. surely there will be a mod to allow 3rd person lift offs, because it was cool as shit

Yeah I've also had the 1st person liftoff glitch. It's actually prettty cool
BG3 alrdy losing steam and is 100% forgotten by the time CK comes out, and nobody will be talking about it by the time SF DLC starts droppin which will be its death gargle. Remember how many people were talking about DOS2 be4 BG3 launched? 0. People are still talking about bethesda's 20+ year old games, it's inevitable SF will have longer staying power compared to larian's meme game. It's like trying to compare hogwart's legacy meme game to a cultural juggernaut bethesda IPs.
I disagree, I think bg3 will be as much of a cult classic as the first 2. I enjoy starfield but bg3 was an incredible game with an incredible art direction.
>cult classic
wut? it's a literal unfinished game with no world interactivity, player agency, player choice and nonsensical asspull writing and a world full of quippiness and modern writing
Are you making a joke about starfield? Either way I disagree I think the choice both games offer are good, bg3 being slightly better but starfield does give you a ton of options too in most quest lines. Baldurs gate 3 has great writing and honestly I like a lot of the writing in starfield too. All the reactions against the writing are usually based on worthless pathos arguments like cringe and backwards moral regressionism.
SF/BG3 are both solid 7.7/10 games. Enjoyed both, but I will forever keep shitting on anyone who thinks BG3 is a "cult classic" until they eventually realize it's not meant to be and I know a day will come when the scales of public consciousness tip and people realize it was just another mediocre big FOTM rpg like Hogwart's Legacy.
Its just a matter of different taste I guess but I liked it more than any previous baldurs gate game. I’d say starfield as a 7/10 and bg3 as 9/10 but starfield has more staying power and is a better sandbox. Starfield will probably end up getting 3x the play hours as bg3 for me because of that.

even if you average out the shit 3rd act with the better first 2 acts, 9/10 is way too high.
starfield was much less of a disappointment than bg3, the first act and part of act2 was probably the most fun i had since hitman freelancer but act3 shat the bed so hard i was in disbelief at the end of my playthru, and got me checking online to see if i got a bad end or something

Act 3 definitely had a ton of wasted potential but I don’t think it completely shat the bed. The raphael fight was the peak of the game for me because he started singing his own boss music.

it was pretty disappointing. made me think back to witcher 3's hearts of stone where the mirror man ends up being a generic boss fight, even when he is the literal satan that can control time. also raphael was just a generic badguy, notch it up to the setting being generic good/evil fantasy but it's just tiresome to have one of the main villains with a motive that boils down to "i want power and i wanna see people die cause its funny"
The way they dump the story on you in the beginning feels very strange. >barely any conversation, whoop you touched an alien mcguffin and you're speshul now, here's a spaceship and a robot lmao
First person liftoff/landing is one of the options that gets randomly chosen. There are just way more camera angles for outside the ships so it doesn't happen as often.
Seriously why is this game the subject of so much esl anger, baitposting, and hyperbole? It's even worse than this board usually gets with new releases. It is eceleb shit?
Agree. Liar bloody bastard making up lie about Starfield. Bloody bich. Bastard bloody.
Instead of having this moronic thread again let's all post ships and green texts about the game.
If you don't like the game go somewhere else.
Just give up, it's pajeets and bots reposting the same things over and over again. Who can tell the difference?
getting really tired of those stroud caps, but there's also a lack of basic shapes so i can't blame anyone for using them so much
If by good you mean bad, I agree sirs.
WHY DID YOU REDEEM THE STARFELD SER YOU BLOODY BASTARD I WILL BE COMING FOR YOU NOW SER b***h BLOODY
Okay Patrick.

>like starfield
>the fanbase has an undeniable third world lilt
>lier b***h
But enough about Sarah.
The way they dump the story on you in the beginning feels very strange. >barely any conversation, whoop you touched an alien mcguffin and you're speshul now, here's a spaceship and a robot lmao
eh same shit as oblivion and skyrim, really
Are they going to add White people in a DLC?
>Starfeld is good
I'm playing it right now, it's not a 74% score good, although it's a tad better than the space lesbians game.
First person liftoff/landing is one of the options that gets randomly chosen. There are just way more camera angles for outside the ships so it doesn't happen as often.
Young ignorabt people always think they know everything.
Seriously why is this game the subject of so much esl anger, baitposting, and hyperbole? It's even worse than this board usually gets with new releases. It is eceleb shit?
It's a bethesda game. It's practically tradition.
Ganker is mostly third worlders and that's the only form of entertainment they can afford
> why is this game the subject of so much esl anger
it seems more prone to esl praise, frankly.
no the loudest people are just haters always have been always will be
Zoomers can't into Bethesda games.
Literally just Snoya seething 24/7 for weeks now.
It’s the worst Bethesda game not counting Fallout 76. Tied with F76 if you include it.
the game requires a minimum of 3060ti to run at 60 fps, its sour grapes
REDEEM THE STARFIELD BLOODY BASTARD
BENCHOD
You are right.
