BG3 is probably the most inorganic marketing I’ve seems. Everyone I talked who has the game said it was alright and only played it for a bit at the time while ToTK nearly turned them into NEETs for at least a week
It's probably money laundering. Fake the hype, launder the money. They seriously want you to believe that a millennial CRPG is a hit. There may be just enough 40-something-year-olds who bought the game because it's on the few remaining things in their lives that connects them to their childhood, like the pixel remaster final fantasies.
Obvious shills aside I think this is also because most of the stupid fricking morons on this site don't use the catalog, they stay on the index page and keep scrolling down like monkeys as if they were on twitter.
So if they don't see a BG3 thread after 10 seconds of scrolling, they immediately assume that there's no active thread going on and decide to create a new one.
Yes even if I was sure it was going to be postponed to at least early 2024.
That nuGanker belief about everything being FOTM is one of the most moronic ones.
Especially with a Bethesda game, no matter how bad it is, mods will ensure we're going to talk about it for years.
>excited for anything made by Bethesda after Fallout 4
Why?
>Why?
Because Fallout 4 wasn't worse than any other modern Bethesda games, Morrowind was their first and last great game.
Starfield is inherently more interesting to me because of the very-underused setting in video games.
I am so ready for it to become the next main character surrounding the discussion of rushed, buggy, feature incomplete games with broken promises that needed 2 more years of dev time than it actually got.
I'm waiting for the drama as the game sets Ganker's toasters on fire (and lol xbox performance). Don't worry though anons - no man's sky too ka while to get good too!
Yeah the minimum requirements are much lower. It’s a Bethesda game so meeting the coy and memory benchmarks are higher priority. GPU stuff can be toggled off at the cost of making the game ugly
>excited for unoptimized pile of dogshit >excited for moron-drool inducing boredom while roving dead planets >excited for Bethesda games in general >excited to be cucked again by Todd
I have yet to see anybody who is genuinely excited over this not be a total lard ass in real life and/or sperg.
Any of you homosexuals redeemed Starfield throu AMD purchase? How does it work, does it have to be bundle version or any new version works, been years for me and im thinking of buying 6700xt.
Why bother pirating when you can simply buy a month of goypass for $0,99, get all the hotfixes and patches, and then crack the game in case you still want to play it after goypass ends?
Is it confirmed to be on game pass day 1? I want to try the game but I predict it will be just more Bethesda slop "Fallout 4 in space with guns" kind of bullshit. I WANT to be wrong and have it be a good game but I sure as frick don't want to drop 60+ dollars on it if it's just going to be more standard Beth diarrhea; but also don't want to spend time/effort pirating or waiting for a crack
Yeah, let's just ignore the fact that almost every AAA PC port in the last 5 years was atrocious.
Surely this one will be different since it's <the developer of an old hit from 10 years ago that I stan for religiously>.
Frick are you on about? It will be the finest bugs that only a Bethesda launch can provide. Cities will be flying in space. Are you kidding me? It's a once in a generation chance to see them crashing into planets. That's a day 1 for me.
>plebbit
Frick if i care. Played Skyrim and FO4 on release, have probably 2k+ hours in both of them and decades after i still haven't got to the ending. Always somehow end up breaking the game and side tracking.
Amazing. Ganker will be unusable then as everyone needs to post the bugs they run into
I'm ready for Todd's lies to be exposed and for Ganker to turn into a hurricane of shitposting
It'll be a blast.
>I'm ready for Todd's lies
Implying he ever lied.
I'll try it in 5 years when mods fix most of it
Yes. The only game I'm excited about. Probably the game I've been the most hyped for in a decade
Same. First game I ever preordered because I don't want to wait another week while people are playing it alreadfy.
BG3 had like 50 threads an hour, you remember that right, it wasn't so long ago.
BG3 is probably the most inorganic marketing I’ve seems. Everyone I talked who has the game said it was alright and only played it for a bit at the time while ToTK nearly turned them into NEETs for at least a week
>excited for anything made by Bethesda after Fallout 4
Why?
I enjoyed Fallout 4
More people bought FO4 than 3 or NV and it is the most played to this day
Fallout 4 seemed alright. I'm a bad judge because I find the world boring conceptually
>two threads up at exactly the same time
Very grass roots marketing campaign, guys.
Be a little more subtle.
There is nothing MORE grassroots than someone making a pro Starfield thread with such a widespread troony raid going on
>Very grass roots marketing campaign, guys.
>Be a little more subtle.
but enough about BG3

>tendie SEETHING

> Hundreds of threads every day about people asking why there don't seem to be any hype.
>...
> Two threads talking about the game up at the same time
> Shills!
Wow...
Only three weeks until no one ever talks about the game again.
Can't wait.
Yes even if I was sure it was going to be postponed to at least early 2024.

Didn't think it was that soon. Why is Microsoft marketing for this so bad? Maybe they expect a flop.
I'm expecting a buggy fricking mess and have zero plans on buying it this year. Maybe next year after some patches.
I am so ready for it to become the next main character surrounding the discussion of rushed, buggy, feature incomplete games with broken promises that needed 2 more years of dev time than it actually got.

Bethesda hasn't had a good game since skyrim
Reminder starfield will be full of nothing while simultaneously full of bugs, shitty combat, poor lore, BAD MUSIC (no jeremy SOVL) etc
It's over, always has been
>Bethesda made 1 bad game
Okay?
Also the lore seems good so far
Combat looks good to me, in space and on ground
Its got hundreds hours of story and quests and shit, bunch of sandbox stuff to do, who knows what else.
>Constantly switching from first person to pre recorded third person ""gameplay""
I'm actually so excited for the cope posts you poor souls will provide me with in a few weeks
AAA games are not good anymore, get that through your head
You can switch from first person to third person, its a feature
mods will fix it tho just give it a few months
>BAD MUSIC (no jeremy SOVL)
this but unironically
skyrim was carried hard by the music
without him it wouldve been a completely forgotten game
The complete lack of a marketing campaign for a new Bethesda title is suspicious.
>fallout with space
>skyrim with guns in space
can you even play this without a 4090?
Yeah the minimum requirements are much lower. It’s a Bethesda game so meeting the coy and memory benchmarks are higher priority. GPU stuff can be toggled off at the cost of making the game ugly
CPU*
An XT/X will run it well, with overhead to spare for shit like the inevitable ENBs.
Not a fan of the zoom in on face dialog.

You never leave your basement so that isn't a shock
Licking my lips at the tantalising thought of more BGS shovelslop.
base Todd working these jabronis
VR support when
Oof sorry bud, will be playing AC6 pvp for a while.
Any of you homosexuals redeemed Starfield throu AMD purchase? How does it work, does it have to be bundle version or any new version works, been years for me and im thinking of buying 6700xt.
Im ready
Why bother pirating when you can simply buy a month of goypass for $0,99, get all the hotfixes and patches, and then crack the game in case you still want to play it after goypass ends?
Well I'm not moronic so getting updates and patches isn't hard for me to source anon.
I'm not giving Microsoft 1 dollar.
Spend even a cent and I wont call you my mate. Real shrimple.
yes.

Yes it's on game pass
Are they working on TES6 now or do they have some more bullshit nobody wants to do first?
>over 900 out of the 1000 planets don't even have life on them
Every planet you visit has life on it
>travel to other planets in our solar system
>wtf these don't even have any space frogs on them
>1000 planets
i've always wondered if that includes the suns
a sea of pixels
>ARE WE READY??
Hope you like cinematic experiences.
stop being a consolebaby
>he thinks the PC port will not be shit
Oh sweet summer child.
People should learn to accpet being wrong rather than doubling down. 30fps on consoles means frickall to PC players.
Yeah, let's just ignore the fact that almost every AAA PC port in the last 5 years was atrocious.

Nta but this post made me think. Shit is gonna be fun, imagine random NPC ships crashing into each other, people random flying into space etc.
It's a reddit kind of fun.

Ready to filter all the threads yeah.
