I got a 7900 XTX because I can't afford a 4090 and is at it's heart the next best thing. If you can afford a 4090, grab one, Why wouldn't you? But the truth is the rest of the series, including the 4080 are just gimped way too hard. So if you cannot afford, or don't want a 4090, then yes, the 7900 is a fine card.
I bought a 7900XTX and have no regrets. I can run everything on 4k ultra. Since Starfield is AMD sponsored and the xtx is now the flagship, it should give the best experience.

You can’t fly them when they’re connected moron you have to detatch and pilot separately, but you can keep any ship you overtake and add it to your selectable fleet or disassemble and reclaim its parts

It means a semi-newtonian flight mode, you continue to fly in same adirection while turning independently. ie a ship is behind you so you just rotate to face it while continuing to travel in same direction so you would be travelling backwards until thrust was applied to change direction.. Even Freelancer had a mode like this many eyars ago.

You can also start anywhere else in The World outside of America, including Russia, China, Australia, South America, etc

KCD is a completely different thing. It's a grounded historical game with some elements of realistic simulation at the base of core systems.
It aims to achieve different things and is much less accessible (mostly for better, but commercially for worse) than anything modern Bethesda puts out. It's not a competition the same way PREY or Just cause are not.

I bought Skyrim 11.11.11 and while I've seen flying mammoths etc. I don't recall it ever crashing, losing saves etc. Same with Cyberpunk to be honest, despite that game being the most undercooked AAA I've ever seen with entire systems like police, armor, city AI etc. being barely placeholders.
Skyrim was fine even on launch, but I saw a friend play Cyberpunk on PS4 and it was a plain mess. NPC and environments pop in late, bugged perk causes death, and other funny stuff. Friend still loved it, but I've never seen a game that buggy, and Bethesda games have not been like that.

Starfield developers need to realize this isn't 2004 again with games that have large time sinks, when I hear that its massive it scares me because who are they targeting this game for then? In practice I don't think its even going to matter. Its going to generate the cell you land in and populate it with some random caves and structures. They will be around the area you land so in practical terms there's no real point to walk for 3 hours in one direction. If anything you'll just find some radnom cave which you could have found near where you land anyway. You could take off and land in another section and it would generate some different stuff there. But apart from the hand-made cities and towns and POI etc, the large unpopulated worlds will be just some randomly generated content for something extra to do and a place to plant an outpost for mining resources. And to enjoy le epic scenery.
If people didn't like Scam Citizen they're certainly not going to like Starfield, denying this is just cope, you never even liked this type of game to begin with but since the *HYPY* everyone is on board believing this game isn't something that isn't.

At launch no not really, but the gamepass versions of starfield won’t have as extensive mods as the steam version because MS doesn’t allow you to modify the exe. Also pretty sure you can’t play it offline either or that would defeat the purpose of gamepass as a rental service

Most players on PC don't use GP, not everyone on Xbox does. People want to have their own copy. The game might eventually come to PS, now or when the special/enhanced edition comes out.

Do you really expect this current version sold with GP will be the final and best version of Starfield? It will receive numerous DLC and re-releases. And GP might be shut down in few years if they change direction for all we know.

It's the no bugs one that really makes it seem blatantly fake. Bethesda is not only notorious for their games being very buggy, but they've also basically said they lean into the bugs to some degree because it's their identity at this point.
