I didn't say otherwise. Bethesda can be morons and Vulkan can be shit at the same time. Khronos failed at making it portable so they just said frick it and went with making it a very thin and close to hardware API. Regardless starfield uses DX12 which has its own problems. The problem here is that bad developers working in DX12 will compound the issues the API has as opposed to the good developers who would be able to mitigate those issues. It's why some DX12/Vulkan games can run like shit because it's morons attempting to use it where as other DX12/Vulkan games are almost magic because autismo geniuses are at the helm.
