There can be countless reasons why those hats specifically became the colony culture, maybe the first settlers came with those and so everyone that came after chose to wear those as well, maybe they were cheaper during a time and they bought a batch for all their workers, and it became custom to use those in a generation etc.

The Series X is about as powerful as a 3060, it really isn't all that even with the optimisation gains.

Some playstation ports do but Todd's game will either be 60fps or unlocked.
Only in terms that it will be really un-optimized.
Yet for some reason that has never been a thing in any of their other 30 fps locked games. But more importantly, they added fixed physics timing in F76 like 5 years ago so it's no longer even a concern.
Old dead space 1 gets fricked over if you have high fps. Not sure if higher than 30 or 60, but you're pretty much cant go through some doors and puzzles if your fps is higher because physics goes insane
