the rule that user reviews are activated until 3 days after the game came out is because TLOU2 got "review bombed" ignoring the others games that got review bombed before TLOU2
they also removed a lot of 0 and 1 score but kept the 10. and made a rule for new accounts.
and for the Horizon DLC they made the rule that if the review is political, they are removed. it should be noted that they did not do this with games like Atomic Heart
