Starfield Never Ends

now that NG+, a 1000+ hour main story and infinite sidequests that are tailormade to each and every player, is it safe to assume Todd and Microsoft have created the largest videogame of all time? judging from the looks of things, this could be the last game you ever buy

I'm amazed how much I don't give a frick about this game.

I will maybe get it 5 years later for 20 bucks or less and install a couple of mods that fix QOL stuff and maybe have some mediocre fun before getting bored and losing interest around 10-15 hours in.

Just like every single Elder Scrolls game I have played so far except for Daggerfall.

      >20 bucks
      >i will get le tired in le 15 hours
Why don't you just rent it on Game Pass then? Just find the cheapest trial on gg deals or isthereanydeal or whatever. I unironically despise renting, but if that's your attitude I'd save ≥10 bucks.

You are assuming I care enough about the game to bother doing that.
It's a major release but I just don't give a frick because there are so many other games that I are releasing now and would rather be playing those.

that was before the experienced and amazinf leadership at Xbox/Microsoft generously gave them over an extra year to Polish and keep adding, if this was released under Snoy it’d be a short 30 hours but because it’s Microsoft they have add thousands more hours to the main story and the game doesn’t begin until thats finished according to Pete Hines

I'll break it down for you troglodyte.
                >No-one plays Starrim!
OP's claim of "Starfield has infinite content, ergo it will be the last game people will buy"
The post you are referring to argues that OP's claim is false using Skyrim as an example. Skyrim has "infinite content" due to radiants but it absolutely was not the last game the people that bought Skyrim ever bought.
                >But we do play Snowfield!
                >Well then uhhh ummACK
Even thinking that was a gotcha proves the point went way over your head and it is currently orbiting because you're one dense motherfricker.

funny way of rewording the clusterfrick that are the radious quest system which was shit in FO4 and shit in Skyrim.
    >NG1000
in theory fallout 3 and fallout 4 dont end. You can play on after and I guess the radious system gives you enough busy work to make it "endless"

      MW version is best.
Then Skyrim version for having energy into it but the magic is gone.
Oblivion version is the worst for being limp shit. As if the band got depressed and just couldn't give it any energy

    Ending spoiler, sauce chink leaker
    deepl translate:
    >The ending is to find all the pieces of the artifact.
    >A black hole is created that covers the entire universe.
    >The protagonist jumps into the black hole and sacrifices himself.
    >Starting the second cycle.

    >The character talent bar becomes 6 in the second cycle.
    >And you've unlocked the Born Alien talent.
    >You'll be able to use your powers with both hands, like in skyrim
    >And you also unlock the purple bar.
    >It's not a blue bar that drops when you cast a spell and you can't cast it.
    >Instead, every time you use an ability, the bar increases in load capacity depending on the type of use and the interval between uses.
    >The higher the load level, the stronger the effect of the ability, but at the same time, it will cause damage to the player.
    >The stronger it is, the stronger the effect, and the more damage it does to you.

Only teenagers care about how "large" a game is because they can only afford 1 game a year and are too moronic to pirate. I don't care if this game is huge if none of the content is good, and that remains to be seen.
