Yes. The only mod I didn't recognize was the one that let him turn himself into a shota. You have to hop between different sites to get everything as Nexus, Loverslab, ATF, and maybe Vector Plexus or Shacken Mods have different things you will want.
The ATF patched sexlab mods let you frick any of the kids assuming that you have a child replacer to go with it.
I recognized most of the mods, or at least the ones they're referencing but that's like 100+ mods installed, you can't just install sexlab defeat and go rape around, that shit has pre-requirements and those have pre-requirements as well and then you go for caliente bodies and then there's skeletons and textures and physics and then you have to adjust the range of body shapes and then you go for dresses and skimpy clothes mods and check if everything is compatible with the body shape and rebuild everything and then you look for decent faces and it's an unending loop of mod installing and testing.

If you are willing to dive into the world of Skyrim sex mods, then sure you can do literally all that is shown in the doujins.

Or start a new game as a shota or e-girl.
As a veteran skyrim coom modder, here's my analysis. A lot of small details were right:

>You can adjust your character scale and appearance at any time
>There are mods that offer sex as an option to resolve quests, payoff guards, etc
Though it's a doujin so of course the sex looks way better and intimate than what you get in game. The stuff that's a bit embellished:
>Lots of stuff he does 'in-game' with the UI actually requires painful restarting, like adjusting NPC faces/hairs or bodies depending on how they're built
>NPCs generally don't display aftersex expression/emotion or mindbreak. They do their sex loop and immediately return to their default programming so things like mindbreaking a female bandit into becoming your sex slave kind of don't exist immersively and NPCs will just get right back up after sex
>Sex is generally quite boring, the scenarios aren't really 'sexy' like presented. Sure you can hypnotize NPCs but having them call you master and greet you as a harem in your house doesn't happen.
