One of the late game features is that you can create client states with custom names, custom borders and custom map colours. You can also conquer large landmasses much faster. So this is just Anon playing out his "what if Brabant was like napoleonic France" fantasy
I did indeed create puppet states lategame to avoid burning out on my conquest towards the Ural (which I didnt make, neither did I get to Constantinopel). This was my first attempt at blobbing, though I find it more fun to create a strong core heartland and rule from there through vasals/allies. There's little fun once you become too big because everything turns into a mindless slog with moving armies around.
