Fricking imagine if GW started selling Ganker accessories.
Imagine the price of a geedubs brand pullup bar.
Consider what they'd make from people who assumed they had to buy GW products for fitness, same as they can triple the price on a scupting tool and sell you a tub of gravel for 15 bux.

I hate to admit this but the GW store does have some cool shirts. I’d wear them if they weren’t 30$ plus shipping, absolutely insane. IK a lot of places charge similar amounts with inflation and everything but that much for a Tshirt is just insane to me.
It's super fricking easy. You get about 25gms per 100 of most protein sources like meat/chicken/fish etc. So if you eat 200gms for lunch and dinner you've already hit 100.
Have a few eggs for breakfast, 2 protein shakes and you're sorted.
Easy to hit protein goals with 3 meals + 2 shakes per day

>start lifting weights >hands stop shaking when I paint >painting improves
why did none of you homosexuals tell me this?
Make sure you do lots of back exercises like rows and pull ups to give you good posture too
>chicken
I’ve heard that’s closer to like 70grams of protein per 200, but good point, I’ll grab a bag of chicken breasts and and shoot for 2 a day >2 protein shakes
Yes that’s the part I really hate. The farts are brutal. What protein powder do you use? >back for posture
And stretching, no one ever stretches chest. Pic related are also good, either this or the cable machine variant
Anon, your math works out to 0.5g/kg. That would mean an 80kg male needs roughly one chicken breast to meet his protein intake. Even the RDA is more generous. He's likely overshooting but he's probably just tall and trying to hit the broscience 1g/lb ratio.
I didn't know this could be an effect of working out.
This is news to me.
Thank you for sharing anon.
Can you give us some more context?
I've never heard anyone I've met with hand shakes be recommended to work out and some of them did/do work out so it sounds like it only helps in some cases of hand shakes. Therefore I'd like to know more in order to get an idea for when it can help.

Anyone who doesn't work out gets fricked up by their 40s or 50s at the latest.
>so weak he can't even lift a mini without shaking
LMAO
>work out arms
>muscles in arms perform better
Truly esoteric knowledge only the ancient greybeards could recall
>wtf no one told me working out had health benefits!?
>he dumped str at the start
Laugh at this armlet
improves

The real question is what to snack on when painting? I’m having trouble getting to 190 grams of protein a day and I’m sick to death of shake farts.
>190 grams of protein a day
I think you've been memed anon.
How much protein is in your onions milk anyway?
>I’m having trouble getting to 190 grams of protein a day
You can start by more sucking dicks per day.

I highly recommend stretching the chest to avoid thoracic outlet syndrome.
My shakes don't make me fart.
It's an Aussie brand, Bulk Nutrients. I normally use a few different types, Future Whey and HCP
You probably mixed up the protein intake by pound and by kilo, unless you're like 380kg.

You're fricking moronic bro
ive been posting this on years on here. Same with vidya repetitive strain. I never get rsi.
Because none of them lift c**t. Stop skipping leg day and you'll find you don't bounce your knees anymore.
They would have told you at /40kg/
Frick you I laughed
If you can't bench press atleast 100kg you should stop everything you're doing and hit the gym.
should've dumped con if you wanted to be a fa/tg/uy.
Strength, dex, int, wis and cha are all important.
You can get away with no cha unless you dm.
I used to use these when I had bad carpal tunnel.
How much lifting did you do until the hands stopped shaking, OP?
How heavy were the weights?
>t. have shaky hands and noodle arms
