She's literally invincible to all damage for no reason, she's not important whatsoever but they still made her invincible because this is not a real RPG.
I like the sidequests where you can just shoot somebody in the head to interrupt their dialog and successfully complete the mission.
Can you do that in this quest? I haven't even run into it yet.

Honestly how I resolved nearly all of the Phantom Liberty side gigs.
Multiple times you get stopped at the end by an npc to talk, and you can just immediately shoot them and end the quest right there. I loved that.

There's a story to johnnys car? I was doing the delamain taxi quest and one of the cabs just drove through some garage where it was hiding.

No, you get dialogue options. If you tell her it's yours and she's not getting anything you threaten her that you'll shoot her dead if she keeps talking.
The worst you can do is threaten her. Wouldn't want people to be able to shoot the precious e-celebs in the face in your gritty RPG where you slaughter hundreds of people throughout a playthrough and all.
