why this cute game are in like 3 of those curators
Games missing update this image:
Golden Light, Project Downfall, Zeno Clash 1 & 2, The Void, Anodyne, Post Void, LSD: Dream Emulator (PS1), Hyper Demon, Hyperbolica, Broken Reality, Hypnospace Outlaw, Nightmare Reaper
Oh and i forgot another one, Postal Brain Damaged.
Quite literally the most schizocore game you get. And i think most people would agree that it's fun, it's basically similar to that Crack-Life HL mod in tone.
You're posting to empty air. The anon who made that image isn't even in this thread.
thanks and thanks to the anon in another thread who suggested a ton of good games too. gonna rework it
which games should go in your opinion?
Should I?
How many more times will you be posting this?
Never respond to bait posts. They got off receiving (yous).
Just get cuck sym tyrone vs cops is a mini game in cuck sym and the dlc is stupid meme shit even more than the actual game
>tfw tempted to buy a vampire survivors like or whatever the frick they call these
fellas, I don't know for how much am I going to be able to contain this
Dude they're like 4 bucks. Just buy one and play it
I don't want to get addicted
Why pay when you can play holocure?
>inb4 vtuber trash
I don't care, the game is good. Credit where credit is due
vtuber trash
No, I don't think I will
Your loss
You get new characters by using in-game currency, and the duplicate thing is basically just a money dump to make your character stronger for hard mode.
Just buy it brainlet, unless its soulstone survivors which sucks yet costs more.
Nioh 2. SoP isn't a worse version of Nioh 2, that's misleading and implies SoP shares more with Nioh 2 than the way you pick stages and the maps.
Every weapon in Nioh 2 feels completely different; every weapon in SoP has the same exact combo routes and feels the same
You can customize your mc in Nioh 2 and use npc skins with no issue; you play as every western protag ever and get penalized for using skins in SoP
You interact with actual characters in the stores and such and have actual context for missions in Nioh 2; SoP has a blank screen for its one 'blacksmith' menu and little to no context to any mission outside of the main story.
You have both a working stamina system with differening dodges for weapon stances and weight on top of a seperate resource for demon shit and a third vancian magic system in Nioh 2 which all interact with each other; in SoP you just block or hit shit for mana which does literally everything, making a ton of shit not worth doing because its strictly inferior to other uses of your time and mp.
You have actual map design in Nioh 2 with meaninglfull shortcuts to your rest points; SoP's maps are basically lines and the answer to any puzzle is in the very next room from where you find the locked door or whatever - the absolute minimum to make it look like they tried.
Enemies are clearly divided between humans and yokai in Nioh 2 so you know on sight how to approach them and how they'll react to pressure; enemies in SoP will just sometimes decide not to take hitstun because they don't feel like it despite being of the exact same race and the solutions for this are the same for every single enemy, making every fight feel completely mindless.
Etc etc
Nioh 2 is an 8/10 game
SoP is a 3.
Did those motherfrickers really drop HoMM 3 without the expansions?
nioh 2 or strangers of paradise? i liked the OG nioh a lot
stranger of paradise is basically a worse version of nioh 2
Nioh > Strangers of Paradise > Wo Long > Nioh 2
Strangers of paradise is even better if you like Final Fantasy
Is this worth it?
Yes. Especially if you liked the movie
Yes but its early access. At the moment you will basically be doing the same thing over and over again without much variety but its relatively easy to make new mission objectives and add new enemies in as time goes on so this will change. The horde mode isn't out yet but will probably be the best part of it once it is.
It's a lot of fun.
a bunch of fun, and you can pick up and play matches. Heard that they are going to add more match types like a bug hunt mode where you go hunting into a hive for the brain bug, but that could be a rumor. No harm in leaving it till it's more polished but the mad dash to get everyone to the evac while people try to help others that are dragged down by hordes of bugs is a great experience.
No achievements or progression, skip
>No achievements
I don’t play games for bing bing wahoo trophies
moron
It’s okay adhd bro
Fair also
is not me, but I DO have ADHD lmao.
No you don't, zoomie. A doctor just wanted to shut your parents up
You're a burger, aren't you?
I feel like Ib should be in the list somewhere
Firewatch? The game that Many a True Nerd streamed in a half hour tstart to finish?
That was my first walking simulator.
Wooow there’s some dogshit on that list
You should add an FPS/Action category there
bump
>he doesn’t know
Maybe I'll end just getting Yakuza, Desperados and Northern Journey
Inscryption is fun but the best part is really the first half and the final part isn't as good and falls off a bit.
The whole mystery and found footage stuff is fine but I really wish it was more of the first bits card game.
>really wish it was more of the first bits
this is the usual consensus that inscryption gets and I totally agree. first act is unironically a strong contender for the best card game ever devised
Since no one has answered is the new starship troopers game any good? It kind of looks fun but don't want to wait a day for the refund if shit
Its good but its very early access and has at most 10 hours of content right now
Are there any decent games with a gladiator theme? I played and enjoyed domina and am debating Gladiator Guild Manager or We who are about to die but those are both EA. I don't really care about the genre, just want gladiators
Age of Decadence is a bit of a strange one but has a setting based on a post apocalyptic world where people are sent back to an ancient Roman state after a massive war.
Story gets kind of crazy but you can be a Gladiator style character, an assassin, merchant etc.
Top down RPG. Have a look at it and see if you like the way it looks. Last game I played that comes to mind for a game with that kind of setting.
>literally mindbroken because you saw a black person
I know right. He won't survive the graphic end scene of her getting SA by the rapefugees.
stop inserting your fantasies into the game
Not racist* don't hate 'em* just don't want them in my nostalgia piece about a rural region of France simple as
if only a group would stand up to the invaders and the people letting these invaders invade. Those people never have to deal with them.
What should I buy bros
you pay in pesos, just buy everything
none of it. Those are some expensive games. 700 hundred to thousand for single game wow.
elden ring, both judgment games, system shock remake
I really want that game Hyperviolent but reviews kind of make me wary of it, due to it not having great combat. I'd say to check up on that one it's actually left Early Access, seems like a lot of work still needs to be done but it could be more promising in a finished state. Also it was made on game maker engine so there are technical limitations like being capped to 60 fps. Which for an FPS seems a little shitty, but not deal breaking. I'd reccomend Ready or Not, Judgement and Lost Judgement, Jet Set, Hi-fi Rush in regards to games on discount.
Nothing
Might want to hold off on Darktide. It's got some fun game play but it is still missing a bunch of shit they should of had since launch. They prioritized the real money in game shop for cosmetics over having the game be playable.
It's better now but still missing shit and not as re-playable as Vermintide 2.
Metal Hellsinger and Darktide aren't worth that much, hell you can play them on gamepass along some other games on your list if you have a free trial available
Hi I'm just here to shill for West of Loathing. It's a fun RPG with some decent jokes and replayability for less than 6$.
sorry can't do it. it gotta be 5 or under for everything including the dlc.
6 dollarydoobles seems like quite a bit for what is essentially a prolonged meme flash game.
based rec, this game was so unbelievably better than I was expecting, the DLC is great too
reminiscent of DK64
Anyone know if the Myst remake from a year or two ago is good? Looking to get into the series.
wait for the next remake.
What are some games with romance
Good multiplayer games?
none exist.
What about tf2?
if titanfall 2 you could install the Northstar launcher since the vanilla servers are a mess, you can still find games, but chances are it will crash or you won't find a single match
Tribes: Ascend ;_;
Recommend weeb games (no VNs). Is it too late to get into Touhou?
>Is it too late to get into Touhou?
yes its illegal to play touhou games now
The only reason it would be 'too late to get into touhou' is if you're playing it to fit in, in which case
A: Lmao
B: Just pretend you played it like all the other moronic coomer secondaries
anyways

no
I've had no issues beyond people getting annoyed at me repeatedly typing
>Skill gg
Every time I use bullshit mechanics to kill them or make the game less fun like Idol's covering half the map in point drain while being invincible for 5 turns
Actual female post
Play Rabi-Ribi if you're into metroidvanias (it's like hollow knight).
My cart. Fairly small because I'm hesitant to add more AAA/AA titles to an existing backlog. So I got some cheap/indie stuff. Tell me what I'm missing, and I might add it.
Rabi-Ribi, Carpe Fulgur series, Nobeta
>Tell me what I'm missing,
Tell us what your tastes are, anon.
There are tons of good games out there, but not everything is for everyone.
I would rather just see people list what THEY think is worthwhile. Instead of trying to put themselves in my headspace.
Maybe once I've played the base game a little bit.
I will check it out on YouTube!
>Maybe once I've played the base game a little bit.
They're cheap, anon
They're also just more of the same. The DLCs are completely pointless. He shouldn't play them even if they were free
Personal top picks in no particular order:
ASTLIBRA
Noita
Teardown
Dark Messiah of Might and Magic
INFRA
Outer Wilds
Sunshine Heavy Industries
Hardspace Shipbreaker
Citizen Sleeper
Prey
Darkwood
Other great games in no particular order:
Subnautica
Lobotomy Corporation
Scavenger SV-4
Dwarf Fortress
Spacechem (and every other game from Zachtronics)
Kerbal Space program (do NOT buy the sequel)
Hades
Dishonored
Dusk
Slime Rancher
Va-11 Hall-A
Recettear
VVVVVV
FTL
Yuppie Psycho
Paradise Killer
CrossCode
Uplink (or Hacknet if Uplink is too old for you)
The Inner World
Sunless Sea
Legend of Grimrock 1 & 2
Pyre
what's the deal with astlibra?
Is main game better than demo?
I have disliked controls and action in it
>I have disliked controls and action in it
It's just not the type of game for you. That's all there is to it.
the DLC for vampire survivor
Northern Journey
>Mortal shell new all time low
any souls-like dickysseur in here? how does this rank compared to other souls ripoffs?
You were already told it was sub-par. Move on.
have a nice day pedophile
What are some cute games
Like Insaniquarium, Hat in Time, 2D Sonic if I exclusivelyu play Tails
beeny
>A bug
;(
thanks
Demon turf is cute and fun__
Excuse the mobile post I'm currently doing a poo after being very constipated for the last 40 hours or so (feel free to congratulate me if you are s inclined)
i poop once every week
Constipation fricking sucks, make sure to poop every day anon or as close as you can
It's this stupid medication. One pill and my dick shrivels up and I get constipated
I have IBS so it's usually diarrhoea. Much more preferable to constipation holy frick, I've been dizzy to the point of delirium all day
You should see me try to poop when I take too much of my pain medication
Fun fact: it’s also the reason I bought a Nintendo Switch and am saving for a steam deck!
Bought Metro Exodus on sale and played for an hour, seems alright so far.
Different environments really add to the game. If it were all miserable metro tunnels and frozen wasteland I don’t think I would have finished it.
I love this game, one of the few series that benefits from having a more open world. One zone at a time with controlled pacing makes it work
it's nice, but not replayable.
More like a visual novel than RPG
What was that DOOM-like shooter that released recently? Something about blood
blood rape
actually I might have been thinking of Dusk
Hoping somone can help me here - i remember seeing an fps looking game like this.. except it was a fantasy rpg type game. One of those videos where I fell asleep watching it so i dont know anything more than that. Its recent and looked like oblivion except shitty graphics like dusk
long shot but ye. thanks
>One of those videos where I fell asleep watching it so i dont know anything more than that
Kill all zoomers
Was the game Amid Evil?
Sounds like https://store.steampowered.com/app/1574240/Dread_Delusion/
That's the one, thank you. A shame its early access but at least its on my wishlist now
Happy to help, its on my wishlist for the same reason, want to wait till its actually finished.
Bought Rabi-Ribi and holy shit this game is like a hard drug. Got 22 hours of playtime in 3 days
what do you like about it?
I love the music, it's really catchy, the art is pretty, love backtracking to get new items after getting a new skill, the boss fights are hard but the game rewards you for getting good, related to this, the bullet patterns are pretty.
Also the schizo undertone of the dialogues makes me feel like I'm in a fever dream.
Bunnies
They are okay, people play them mostly for the characters. In terms of gameplay you have better rpgs out there
what is the game even about? sounds like a israelite thing
Tell me about Neptunia games, are any of them good?
I assume they sell mostly because of cute girls, breasts and ass which is fine by me, but is there a game in there?
>but is there a game in there?
It's a very by the numbers game. What do you think? the gameplay is just serviceable enough for them. Only braindead weebs with an out of control porn addiction play them.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/460120/Megadimension_Neptunia_VII/
Just play this one.
I think about buying Rabi-Ribii every sale because its always shilled so much and
>Metroidvania
From before every indie game was that
But then I look up gameplay and it just looks like everything outside of boss fights sucks + every boss fight video on youtube is some perfect play shit so I can't even tell how it plays during the 99% of the game not fighting bosses
Anon you need to get a gf
I have a wife, the frick does that have to do with my post?
Is this the fabled projection?
Worked
It's mainly exploration and platforming. There are tons of secrets to find and alternative routes for sequence breaking.
And boss fights on YouTube are obviously on highest difficulty, duh.
Yeah think I'm getting a steam card, I think I have the summer sale fever
Some good game to play with friends? (no l4d2,DRG, payday2, vermintide 2 since we already played those)
I checked and most neptunia designs aren't coomerish at all. They cover a lot of skin for the most part. You lied to me.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/512900/Streets_of_Rogue
Has online and local coop
https://store.steampowered.com/app/528230/SYNTHETIK_Legion_Rising/
Has online coop dunno about local
>I checked and most neptunia designs aren't coomerish at all.
PffffffhHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAA
I can only assume you didn't check and haven't played it and are purely speaking out of your ass.
You can google any game in the series main roster and 7/10 girls won't be showing more than their arms.
It is even funnier a second time. But no more jester.
What a cute, wholesome looking cast.
I will now play your game.
hmm
Just play her game.
Can you post them just so i can be sure anon?
Duck game, Ultimate Chicken horse, Garry's Mod
Is 20 Min till Dawn worth getting bundled with Halls of Torment, or should I go for just the latter and save/spend the extra on something else?
it's a nice little game
What are games where I can play as a rabbit.
How about games where you can play as a rabbi?
no
>How about games where you can play as a rabbi?
unironically i got one for you
https://store.steampowered.com/app/252370/The_Shivah/
What the frick.
Overgrowth
Already have a hundred hours, thanks though
Very cute, I'll check it out.
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1454540/LAPIN/
It's early access and only 10% off, so probably not worth it. I played the demo, the writing was actually nice and the rabbits are cute, but the platforming didn't feel very polished.
Recommend me games for speedrunning, no troony shit.
Oxymoron
Mirror's Edge
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance
Anon, you have to actually play games to speedrun them
Cuphead
>no troony shit
uh...
would.
I wonder if he's assmad someone took his name or not.
>Trans (but conveniently still likes women)
this scenario happens mighty often
hot lava
Cyber hook
Played it modded with my friends for a while, but the group broke apart. Had my fun, just wish they didn't just drop the game a month in or so.
Dishonored
Dragon's Dogma, game even have achievement - finish game in 60 minutes or less
impossible - only trannies wall clip and speedrun.
Seum
Here's my cart so far. I'm also planning on getting the last bit of DLC for Super Robot Wars 30.
I wanna get one more thing but i can't decide what to get
>NiGHTS Into Dreams
>Garage Bad Dream Adventure
>Zelle
>OMORI
>Hello Charlotte
>Death End Re:Quest
>Bug Fables
>Cassette Beasts
>Inscryption
>Cult Of The Lamb
>Nobody Saves The World
>Zettai Hero Project
>Makai Kingdom
>MechaRitz Steel Rondo
>Under Night In Birth
If anyone has any recs send them my way.
Buy omori
Don't bother with under night, that shit hasn't been updated in years.
>
Replace Puyo Tetris with Puyo Champions
Inacryption was a one-of-a-kind experience, I highly recommend it.
Would discussing region lock evasions and piracy on the steam forums result in a ban?
what is this rumor about steam raising the prices after the steam sales?
are you guys just tricking me into buying more games?
Please help, currently what's the best zoo game on Steam? I'm eyeing Jurassic World Evolution 2 and Planet Zoo, are these 2 any good?
Is this any good for solo?
Games where you can make mix abilities to make "builds"?
Things like Noita or Transistor where you can mix and match to find broken combinations, but preferably without the resetting element of roguelikes.
What's your opinion on these 'hidden' gayms? It's my second haul, and I might even go for another game later. Total damage to my wallet this sale, one-hundred bucks.
Death Road Canada is simple but fun. If you have irl bros or can remote share screen, co-op works well enough
>remote share screen
Doesn't steam have a feature for emulating local co-op online
remote screen is dead no?
I already got Bayonetta. I'm thinking of getting the yakuza collection ($35 insane value) and Farcry 2 OR Battlebit. Thoughts?
Get Metal Gear Rising
Already have it and beat it multiple times. Great game.
Really on the fence about buying Dark Souls 3 - it's sitting in my cart but I can't convince myself one way or another
It is an amazing game and well worth it if you have never played it before, but it pisses me off that it's STILL 50% off and at that price. Fricking Bamco
It's a good game, but let's be real. It's seven years old and Bamco are still milking it with that price.
Way better deals out there.
Deluxe is 33€ on G2A right now. Just fricking get it. You know you want it.
wtf i didn't know the zeno clash series got another game. Is it any good? i kind of just want to play it because of how unique this series has been. I might also pick up The Eternal Cylinder. This studio is just really good at surrealism in vidya.
What the frick. I liked 1 a lot but 2 gave me migraines for some reason. I'm gonna check this out
This game eternal cylinder looks wild as well. Not sure why this one isn't on the list of /schizo/ games often posted here.
are the co op tomb raider games any gud?
If you mean the top down ones, I've been playing a bit of Osiris solo and I find it nice, really wasn't expecting anything from the game but I like it. You have exploration and puzzles then combat and rinse, while the game isn't hard it has a multiplier for score if you keep doing stuff that gives you points and you don't get hit, which helps make battles a bit tense because while anyone competent wouldn't die from combats, you have to think things as you move around to avoid all damage.
Also you collect gems as you break vases and things, which serve to open chests for random equipment. Honestly not fan of gacha for equipment, but at least the story gives you some stuff to unlock for character
thanks, hopefully I can play it once I get a new gf
>companies are porting their entire catalogs of old and easy to emulate games
>VP somehow didn't made it to steam yet
yes
but only with friends
Gimme some recs for 15 bucks or under
Celeste
Mechabellum
I'm considering pulling the trigger on buying Farcry 6, please convince me not to.
Far cry 3 = Far cry 4 = Far cry 6
If you played at least one of the other two and want more, go ahead, otherwise try 5, it's actually a huge improvement
I've got every one but 6.
If you're 100% sure you want more do it, but personally I didn't like it, do check the ubisoft price as it may be cheaper there
or you can do it through steam and if you don't like it you can always refund it
Why didn't YOU like it though? Did you like 3/4?
I liked 3 for the novelty and genuinely loved 4 thanks to the wingsuit, exploration was also peak, 6 just felt like more of 3 with the arsenal of 5
as always story is meh but i had to rate them
4 > 5 > 3 > 6
not counting 1 and 2 nor the side games, but we might have different tastes so don't let my opinion change your choices
something i must say is that 6 having extra stories for vaas and pagan min was great, and i'm surprised they didn't it earlier
It has literal trannies in it.
It's really bad + that other guy wasn't memeing there's a troony resistance fighter in it
It's actually not terrible. I played it last year and finished the story. Enjoyed it for the most part
If you're not a /misc/gay and don't get triggered by gays and trans people, then you'll probably enjoy it
>If you're not a /misc/gay and don't get triggered by gays and trans people
The fact that one of the harmless villains misgenders the troony and gets killed by him in cold blood and its played like some huge heroic moment was so groan inducing
I responded to my own post. Sorry it's 8am and I haven't slept
>this
I liked it.
It seems harder than 5, you actually have to think a bit about how you approach an enemy site.
/pol/tards b***h about it, but it’s a Ubisoft game which means AAA with a few cringe moments you can skip. Having to use uplay sucks balls though.
It's easier than 5 it also has; Lamer villain, worse map, terrible supporting cast, unneeded ammo type shit, poorer designed outposts.
The villain is cool af.
The maps were awesome too. I don’t think you’ve even okayed it lol
>phoneposting zoomer defends a Far Cry game
Many such cases
frickoff I’m not posting from a phone you massive c**t
Yep that's why it autocorrected "played" to "okayed", right?
Don't worry about it friend. Just go play the latest Ubishit to forget about that mistake 🙂
I’m lying in bed using my 12”android tablet dipshit
Guess what? It probably plays games better than your potato shit
HAHAHAHA
R E K T

T
Yeah he really did wreck himself by admitting he's a zoomer who consumes any Ubishit that's thrown at him
>morbidly-obese virgin /misc/gay seethes over far cry
Many such cases
I had a free month of Ubisoft Plus so yes I did play it. The only fun part is clearing outposts and taking over the map while I listen to podcasts.
>muh podcasts
I fail to see the problem.
Of course you don't, zoom zoom.
homie you're defending an Ubisoft open world game
>no arguement
keep on moving the goalposts zoomie
>regurgitating talking points
lol this homosexual hasn’t even played farcry6
Good. No one should play any Far Cry after 2
nah farcry2 was shit
It doesn't pertain to you so why does it bother you? Pick your battles, anon
>the terrible story beat doesnt pertain to you
What the frick are you talking about you moron?
>terrible
Wasnt asking for an editorial, anon
Far Cry 3 transitioned from "you are dumb kids trespassing on someone else's land looking for kicks, the hell you have ignorantly walked into is the reward you deserve" to "you are chosen ancient warrior, I know you are white man, but the plot demands that you be our savior, so pretend to go native" and ends with "actually, you're still an American kid liberating these pathetic brown people who can't help themselves from American mercenaries using American helicopters making American explosions while your teenage brat friend yells 'this is awesome, I'm totally glad I came to this island for thrilllllls!'", I don't think its surface level virtue signaling about gays or whatever are what's going to trigger me. Hard pass on the entire franchise. It's clearly gamer power fantasy wank.
don't bother - get Max Payne 3 instead. The story is jank, gameplay is worse than FC 5, and every trope in FC 6 is seen a mile away. Good voice acting but that's not what makes a good game. Even Dying Light 1 is better than FC 6 (I know it's not the same genre).
From the way you structured your post, it sounded like you were describing MP3, kek
yeah I fricked up. MP3 was good and a ... FAR CRY better than FC6
>fricking shoot me
What are some casual games to grab for muh deck
Is there a good basebuilding-ish game like subnautica out there? Just wanna craft base and turn brain off
Astroneer, No Man's Sky, Satisfactory, Raft, Valheim, Ark Survival Evovled, 7 Days to Die, Hydroneer, Sons of the Forest, The Forest, Grounded, Forever Skies,Scrap Mechanic, Rimworld.
The Planet Crafter is that but you terraform an entire planet while doing it. Its kino.
RAFT (not the chink nockoff The Raft) is fun - you completely build your raft any way you want and decorate it with things you find in the world, and that's your base in the open world. Story is for kids though, but still a great game.
My Time in Sandrock is fun too, especially if you like voxel digging stuff out of the ground.
No Man's Sky is great too, but beyond basebuild and exploring to find cool planets to look at there,s not much in the way of end game.
8 years later the devs put out new content for free.
Is raft fun playing alone?
Have you played Dimkum? How is it?
GTAV is worth $14.88 it's crazy easy to get 200 - 500 hours dicking around in the game. Red Dead Redemption is good, but not quite worth it due to the long starter area.
Far Cry 3, FC Blood Dragon and FC 5 are great - the rest of the bundle I won't speak on. FC6 is mediocre and only worth one playthrough. Max Payne 3 was far better and is 10 years older.
Wasteland 3 was NOT as good as Wasteland 2 - they dumbed some of the things down and the story felt off. Not worth the 80% off unless you're a real post apoc/fallout/wasteland fan.
Pirate Skyrim because Frick Todd and the lack of Elder Scrolls 6 - it's been over a decade.
The Walking Dead Taletell bundle is.... you might as well just watch no commentary youtube vids. It's a good story though; better than the TV show at the time.
Power Wash Simulator is still overpriced but it scratches that real world addiction I have to washing away filth with high pressure water.
Tabletop Simulator is great if you have friends in another state/country. Worth it at 50% off.
Yep although there's a co-op mode with a friend, it was added late in development but it's great playing alone. The things you can build boat wise is amazing - I made the boat from Waterworld, a few UFOs, cruiseships and a few generic house on a rafts. The story is fine (a bit preachy on global warming) but put that to the side it's really aimed towards teens (since people appear to have been massacred only for them to end up just being kidnapped so no one died except in the notes left behind.
100% if you like zombies and simulations. Check out some of the shorter videos on YouTube by Nurse and Ambiguousamphibian as they play a lot of multiplayer servers, but solo basebuild it's great - just remember "THIS IS HOW YOU DIED" means you WILL die, and die a lot. But maybe you'll encounter your now walking corpse that you had some cool loot on it.
Raft is a bit of a chore when playing alone since you have to do a lot of things by yourself (steering your raft, defending your raft from the shark, cooking food, making clean water, building your raft etc.)
It's more manageable playing solo if you play on easy just for the lowered hunger and thirst decrease.
shark is a non issue once you reinforce just the outer parts of the ship with metal. The hard part is when you start building motors trying to find / make fuel. Good recommendations on the hunger and thirst; Fishing breaks the hunger part but I forget how far in until you can get a pole/learn to craft one.
I truely loved playing Raft but I'm also filled with ennui since I haven't found any open world/sandbox game like it where you actually build your base and decorate it with so many thing (and paint it too) like you can in Raft. After all these years of gaming I finally found what I wanted in a genre and the ones closest to it (the Vahalla mod) still don't do what Raft does.
* Yes I know you can decorate your frieghter / bases in No Man Sky but it.... it's not the same.
There's a train version of Raft called Void Train, but the game is still in early access, it also has mixed reviews though.
I kinda liked Breathedge (even though it felt like it didn't know exactly what it wanted to be), so I'll keep an eye on Voidtrain.
Is Persona 5 Royal on Steam worth it? I already have the PS4 version.
Of course not tard
There was this top-down perspective, randomized room action roguelike game set in a bamboo floored temple where you played as a shinto shrine maiden fighting ghosts/yokai that I can't remember the name of. It was a steam only game I'm pretty sure..
Pls help.
Is this + DLCs worth it? I'm in the mood for park management game at the moment.
What are some games with ROMANCE
All the shitty ones
How's Magical Drop 6? kinda want to buy it out of nostalgia of playing 3 in Neo Geo
>bought Bannerlord 2 on a key site for $15 because I thought it would be a good King Arthur sim
>combat is clunky beyond what I can stomach
Bros, help a squire out and recommend some comfy medieval games.
Well Kingdom Come is jank, but if you're really into historical accuracy with this stuff then it's top notch. Actually feels very believable, mainly because the devs were just going that close for accuracy on small detail things.
It's not diverse enough
I will never be able to pay for my wish list. lol
good. frick you
Do it like me, just buy them when they are ultra cheap and play your backlog.
If you like sandbox games, fooling around with strangers, looting and shooting, building a base, easily. Loved the game and doing shenanigans with strangers.
Convince me to spend more. Hopefully I'm not falling into a trap with the weeb game.
Grab Soulstone Survivors too if you want
don't spend more it's not worth it
Double peace is great.
Check it
https://store.steampowered.com/app/374190/Infernax/
Buy it. It's good now and only $10. Easy recommend
dlc worth?
>It's good now
>fomo shit
>last update added non-binary raider NPC
>good now
lmao
solid 7/10 game. fallout 76 has the comfiest map bethesda ever made BUT it has irreparable lag issues and some quests are really MMO-tier. if you have the fallout itch just stick to the main quest lines (you'll still have to do some sidies as you need to level up to advance some main quests) and treat it like a Fallout 4 DLC like it was supposed to be day 1
it's not todd
please offer constructive criticism
Sleeping Dogs is legit great, the rest are negligible at best, Supreme Commander won't run on modern hardware.
Sleeping Dogs was good
Exodus is the weakest Metro game, but it's still fun.
>fc5
great, montana was a good place and the story was fine for far cry standards
>sleeping dogs
also great, asian GTA, shame it's dead thanks to SE
>rage
haven't played it
>xcom 2
haven't played it
>metro exodus
tried it but left it on standby, will probably return to it soon but i'm not a huge fan of the "open world"
>SC
haven't played it
Not sure about the others, but RAGE is worth one play-through. It's a game from the past where developers tried out technical experiments and put sexy babes everywhere. It ends abruptly if I remember correctly.
Yeah, nta
I remember rage ends on what feels like should be the act 2 of a grand story.
>metro
lol. this game is always in these cart pics and you know its going straight to the backlog
>FC5
Frick that
>Sleeping Dogs
Love it, only game that ever made me emotional
>Rage
's alright, was all hyped in gamer magazines back in the day
>XCOM2
Alright
>Metro Exodus
I have it but never finished it. Gets a bit repetitive sometimes, not the same vibes as other Metro games. Turn subtitles on and make them speak Russian for better immersion though.
>Supreme Commander
Too long ago for me, no judgement.
Compare steam summer sale to prime day
Prime day is awful and a literal scam. Steam actually puts games on sale down to cents on the dollar.
fricking kek
I'm sure this has been asked several times these days but how is this game?
I REALLY like the concept and the overall aesthetic, but the gameplay videos I've seen give me the impression that it might get repetitive soon.
At the price it's at, it definitely depends on how much you like the aesthetic. Some people say it's not repetitive but I think that the overall art just clicked with them.
Blue Reflection, the dlc is just costumes except for the special event dlc which is actual content.
Fair enough. Yeah, I don't expect it to be groundbreaking or anything, I was just wondering if the attack options eventually get some variety. And yes, honestly for the current price 15 hours of gameplay sounds about right.
It is a good metroidvania so expect typical things like run past a platform that will need to comeback to later with the double jump upgrade. The combat feels pretty good though with 2 sets of 3 spirits can equip to summon. They are fairly varied with parries, projectiles, some not having animation lock letting you summon multiple at a time etc. The game took me about 15 hours to 100% so can swap out spirits kept the combat interesting + game is not super long or anything. I enjoyed my time with it but don't go into it expecting a huge twist on the formula.
This is one of my favorite games of all time. Perfect length to not overstay welcome. Modular movesets are incredibly fun. Enjoyed piecing together the story. Fungal Sorceror best boy.
Blue Reflection or Blue Reflection Second Light? Also should I get all the dlc?
Play Gnosia if you want a mafia/amogus game
prince of persia or splinter cell collection? only have time to explore one franchise
Splinter Cell, Chaos Theory is the best. Pandora Tomorrow is also good but not sold anymore however you can get it for free as abandonware. Widescreen patches are available.
Any fanservicey games/games with cute girls? Not h-games
i.e.games like Nier, Rabi-Ribi etc
Zeironn. Cuz I know someone else was looking for the name.
Should I try Pathologic classic or Pathologic 2 first?
I guess I'll pick up 2 and then try 1 if I like it.
Besides that, I'm picking up Nioh 2, Dragons Dogma, Chrono Trigger, and Blasphemous .
Get rid of all of that trash
Anon...
No, get rid of the AAAslop. You're fricking psychotic to even consider willfully purchasing a modern Fallout game.
Anon, that is a meme picture that gets posted every year. There is no fricking Valkyrie Profile collection on Steam, and there never will be.
Don't care. Don't buy Fallout 4 or GTA V.
You're dumb.
>There is no fricking Valkyrie Profile collection on Steam, and there never will be.
Alright, I'm ready to pull the trigger.
If there's anything wrong with these games, do let me know. (Not gameplay, but system/performance issues.)
Look up subnautica dev fired joke
Also P4G has denuvo and already got cracked anyways
Alright, pirating subnautica, and removing P4G.
I fricking hate Denuvo.
But the cracked version is fricked anyway because it's outdated.
I will just emulate the vita version.
Wise move anon
Subnautica is good for one playthrough, then when you remember how fricking long craftin tools to make tools to make tools is you'll never want to play it again (like me).
fighting games are ghey
which ones should I remove?
Code Vein or Judgement. I have played neither of the games in your cart, but I recall seeing more people be critical of those two games
Get rid of the weebshit.
Persona 5 if you've never played P4, get that instead.
code vein.
It's just a watered down dark souls.
Unless you like anime stuffs and like to play with the character editor, else don't bother.
Never buy games with denuvo man, P5R can be easily emulated and Code Vein is honestly only for muh character creator
Code Vein
All other games are kino.
All of them then buy a console
Remove Code Vein.
You guys enjoying your new games? What are you playing?
I have only played Draugen so far and I didnt like it too much. It is not bad, just a very bland and uncreative walking sim
Even for less than 1 buck?
nta but milk is fine, it's pretty short but at the same time it's really cheap, it balances out. I enjoyed the short time I had with it.
I bought the ps1 FF games and I'm really enjoying 7 so far. Completely addicted. The story and characters are a hoot. Haven't bought much else, I have hundreds of games in my backlog.
Thoughts? I keep adding stuff trying to get to 50 bucks
Milk is absolutely worthless meme
>Milk inside a bag of milk inside a bag of milk
>Its real
Jesus fricking Christ...
Ghostrunner is a good choice.
While it's not a 10/10, it's a solid 8.5/10 that will gives you a short good time.
If you can pirate it, definitely do. Save your money for ghostrunner 2.
Ghost runner is shit. Titan fall 2vus cool but the campaign is really short. Metro exodus is cool but is always on sale. Weird west is awesome.
>Ghost runner is shit
Countermand that, Ghostrunner is fricking great
Nah it’s shit. That’s the cold, hard truth of it.
It broke my heart when I realised it was shit too.
I really wanted to like it.
But there will come a moment in the game when you can’t deny it anymore…it’s just shit.
>But there will come a moment in the game when you can’t deny it anymore
Eh? I finished it
Ignore this moron.
Just remember my words when you realize that the game is good, not great, but good.
Don’t worry buddy, people are allowed to disagree.
I was only warning buyanon that there WILL come a moment when the realization sets in that ghostrunner is fricking shit. Whether you repress that revelation and double down on ‘ZOMG IS BEST GAME EVA’ or man-up and accept the truth is up to the individual.
it’s not the first time I’ve had to accept a game I wanted to like is actually complete shit. You will get used to developers letting us down son.
It's ok, kid.
One day you will learn that hating on everything doesn't make you cool.
It will only makes you edgy and looks dumb.
I have seen mixed opinions, but the majority seems to think Ghostrunner is a good game so I am gonna give it a shot
I didn’t expect to change your mind. Just remember my warning when that moment of sadness hits you and you realize that it really is pretty shit.
it's basically titantfall 2 + hotline miami, so if you liked those games you're going to love ghostrunner
Need a $5 or under game. Shill your hidden gems. MVs or RPGS preferred but I'll do anything...
get it
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1504500/OPUS_Echo_of_Starsong__Full_Bloom_Edition/
Why? Is it some kind of VN?
>$69.99 brought down to $20.99
Frick yeah.
What's wrong with Soulstone survivors? Any other survivors-eque game than that and Halls of Torment?
Boneraissr minions is godly.
Recommend me a beat em up.
The beat em up to end all beat em up.
Castle Crashers, more levels than you can probably handle.
cant remember the name, sorry bub.
oh fight n rage
The new ninja turtles game is pretty good.
Castle crashers and Fight n Rage are the only 2D ones I've ever liked.
all the other ones have shitty outdated controls and clunky NES style movement.
double tap to run while the controller has 5 buttons unused is atroucious design.
I much prefer modern beatemups like DMC.
bought card
what buy?
Guys can you tell me a game which I can repeat over and over again but in which there is little grind. I am new to all this. I have minecraft, hoi4 and factorio. That's it.
>which I can repeat over and over again
Plate Up
>5600x
>3060Ti
>Lvl 210 on PS5
Is it worth to buy Elden Ring on PC? I want to dodge paid online
never play fromsoft games online.
nta, why?
This any good?
walking sim with puzzles
Depends what you want. It's a cool interactive art experience but not really a game. If you like walking through an art gallery looking at weird cool art then you'll enjoy it. If you buy it wanting a game, then it will disappoint you.
picked up hypnospace outlaw
i loved it, and am making a few custom pages for it for giggles
Recommend me porn games that are games first, porn second. So no kinetic novel garbage.
How do I look for porn games?
Just filter by adult content.
Also, shill some porn games with decent gameplay
Take me to the dungeon
It’s the best slay the spire clone out there
>>Take me to the dungeon
Gladly, but I don't see how that helps with the steam sale
Any recommendations to play on steam deck?
I just installed super meat boy to replay it.
I heard from a review that Remnant runs pretty well on the deck, that would be a great game to play on it.
>Remnant
Remnant from the ashes?
Played it when I got it for free on epic.
Tiny Kin
Digimon
Forza
Super wagon Adventure
What are some games that are like Skyrim but good?
What are some Dark Souls clones that are at least decent?
What are some Half Life-like games? Just a linear shooter with no bullshit leveling or stealth shit.
>What are some games that are like Skyrim but good?
Skyrim with Requiem.
>What are some Dark Souls clones that are at least decent?
All soulshit is garbage.
>What are some Half Life-like games? Just a linear shooter with no bullshit leveling or stealth shit.
SiN
bumo
Is Cult of the Lamb still good gameplay wise, gay troony shit aside?
No, the gameplay is mediocre.
The art is their main selling point.
Neither of its two halves (roguelike action and town management) are fleshed out enough. It's endearing for the first 3-4 hours but quickly becomes monotonous and there are no big advancements or surprises later on.
This.
Pretty mediocre game but worth buying if you're somewhat interested
It will take a year before its properly a game.
Maybe.
It's just ok
The gameplay is really simple and barebone.
You'll be bored of the loop 1/4 of the way through
Buy INFRA
I am pretty sure it is not meant to look like that
any chill game where I can kinda tuned out every now and then like dome keeper and stardew valley?
factorio.
anything with a good sense of exploration where combat doesn't get in the way? Had my fill of Souls style games especially after Elden Ring. 2D or 3D doesn't matter
Wuppo
Obligatory Northern Journey shill.
>good sense of exploration
Outer Wilds, though it has no combat at all.
Sunless Sea/Skies
Outer Wilds
Rain World
Subnautica
Off-Peak (and the other Cosmo D games)
Dave the Diver.
Bought Lunacid, Northern Journey, Ostranauts, Songs of Syx and Battle Brothers
Any recommendations?
Is State of Decay 2 for 12 dollars any good?
0 usd would be too expensive
you've already played that game even if you just heard about it, it has nothing new to offer
I absolutely hated Vampire Survivors because all attacks were auto attacks and required no mouse movement, only WASD. Is Halls of Torment any better?
You can switch between auto attack and manual attack, even on the fly if you want to. I had the feel that it is more active.
realistically, do you even play with manual attacks after realizing you can have it on auto 30 seconds into your first run? why would you spend 30 minutes pressing a button for the most basic action in the game?
Yeah I feel like somebody manually attacking in VS misunderstood the genre
Auto attack is a given. What I meant was auto-aim. Should have clarified it more in my post.
Nobody in their right mind would manually shoot attacks in Halls of Torment
i got
-nioh 2
-ninja gaiden collecion
-dmc 5
-re2
-blasphemous
-bloodstained
-halls of torment
-blood bowl 2
i never spent so much on videogames in a single month, gg gaben
Thinking of buying NO MAN'S SKY anons.
Would this be a life changing positive decision in my life or one of instant regret and selfloathing?
Is sonic frontiers worth the money?
I have 30.32$ Was looking at grounded but saw all the reviews sad it has technical issues
just bought starship troopers and it's nice just shooting stuff and having fun
>sad it has technical issues
What technical issues?
I played it for quite a while during the free weekend last time, and I don't recall having any issues with it.
The reviews all say multiplayer is broken
Seems like it's a relatively new issue.
Last time I played it I didn't have any issue with multiplayer disconnecting constantly.
Yea which is why I'm thinking wait til Christmas cause it's apparently been a thing for few months and they didn't bother to fix it for summer sale
>that pic
Blood/surroundings seems to be too clean to be real. Horrormovie or something?
Just photoshop I think
It's an edit from fishtank live. Now tell me about sonic frontiers
Why did so many people watch that? It was really boring
>why did zoomers watch some e-celebs
I have been trying to figure that out for like a decade now
>looked at a /wsg/ thrad for it
>all the clips are boring as frick
>simping over some autismo girl
I just assume it's big brother for zoomers.
It had its moments in-between the boredom
Video games
>fishtank live
Ah, that explains the outfit. They're streamers, of course. They'd never wear that for themselves.
I want to watch npc's do their thing, bonus point if it's large battles
name 1(one) videogame for this
don't say Rimworld or DF
Any Total War
Epib battle simulator
Never played it thout
Probably rimworld or DF
When's the best time to sell the cards you get from this sale?
I'll add these following games to the cart:
> Brigand
> Northern journey
> Postal redux
> Xanadu next
> Resonance of fate
+ Games from fanatical bundle
https://www.fanatical.com/fr/pick-and-mix/build-your-own-indie-pendence-bundle-2023
> Gemcraft
> Rebel Galaxy outlaw
Don't know which games to pick
I haven't played it but Rebel Galaxy Outlaw is shit, apparently. Play the first game if you haven't
Fine, I already have it
You have been gifting trans people
>Gift
Excuse me sir?
German for poison, it's what you should give trannies
You've been making trannies smile and erect from your gifts
No sir where my gift you do not understand many ruppes yes?
Good.
I love making gameless transphobes seethe.
I've never gifted anyone anything and since you said this I never will, so thanks
Anything multiplayer that's fun on deck?
Is Project Zomboid worth it?
What games do you guys recommend to play and listent to podcasts? my previous ones were:
stardew, dinkum,factorio, rimworld, battlebit
any recommendations would be great
Vampire survivors.
>want steam deck
>see it on sale! finally!
>brother needs to borrow 300 dollars not to be stranded in fricking California, not gonna pay me back until the 20th at the earliest
>Dad needs 400 dollars to fix his car for work, will get me back eventually (he always does)
>every bill under the sun comes at the same time
>mothers birthday
>don't want to reach into savings for silly vidya device
>paycheck after bills comes on the 15th, the literal day the sale ends
Oh... maybe next time guys...
kek I keep forgetting that Americ**ts differentiate between savings money and spending money they have saved up, for some reason
>between savings money and spending money they have saved up, for some reason
Well, I'm an ignorant burger, so I'm not gonna pretend to know how it works wherever you live, but I keep my savings in a variety of savings accounts specifically to be left alone until an emergency and these accounts build interest the longer their left alone. It's in our best interest to keep that and leave it alone and the spending money is for me to have fun with.
>be homeless and smoke weed in california
haha he went down there on vacation, wanted to visit some kind of amusement park, and because he's a tard with a meme bank the hotel he was staying at wanted a 300 dollar cash surcharge as collateral so he wouldn't trash the room. I guess his card is set up like a prepaid visa or something. He always has trouble on anything besides basic purchases. He isn't a lazy bum or something, just didn't save enough for his vacation and is a tard who refuses to get a real bank.
No balls, and at least could have posted the cart
Hook Dad up but tell him the situation of the money hell get the deck for you cause he's a good dad and you're a good son.
Now your brother on the other hand can wait til you work it out with Dad he's doing what he wanted being homeless and smoking weed in California. Once Dad's got you good help brother
I'm trans and I've been getting incels to gift me. Deal with it
Anything to scratch that fast movement itch that doesn't have complicated maps that force you to slow down every once in a while?
Cyberhook
>blindly browse all categories ordered by popularity for 1 hour
>don't find a single game that piques my interest that I don't already have
I mean there was Persona 5, but it's the kind of game I'd only play for 2 hours and then never boot up ever again
Frick man
Go through the queues and look at more than a thumbnail
I need good games for under 3 bucks that will last me quite a while per playthrough (at least 20 hours) and or are endlessly replayable
please only list gold editions or game of the year editions, i dont want to buy xpacs for the same or higher price otherwise i will feel like missing out
also suggest removing games you think are garbage or not worth it, my limit is 20 bucks but im open to go to 30 bucks max
thanks
EYE
EYE
already played it
you have selected well based on your pic.
Fallout 2 alone can give you 100 hours if you poke around the side quests (though Fallout has a better story it is buggier).
ive played all fallouts but 2 and tactics i think its called, f1 is my favorite but i also enjoyed fo76 for 700h so theres that
Tactics is old old school xcomish... it's not really canon so if you skip it the unwashed villagers at No Mutants Allowed won't be bothered.
FO2 has a great opening cinematic, and they fixed a lot of the bugs from FO1 (like dogmeat/Ian blocking the door so you had to kill them to get out of a room). It's a hoot and you're in for a treat! (too many pop culture references though. But you're gonna love the quests)
Should I get Octopath Traveller 1 or is it completely superseded by 2?
I accidentally porn games
Is the Gunvolt series any good? Just finished the Zero/ZX Collection and I want more of that but I don't see many people talk about those games
Even though I like X and Zero series a lot, I don't like gunvolt, because there's too many clusterfricks going on the screen, and I just feel invincible spamming skills.
The games offer many "training wheels" that either get removed on harder difficulties or you can disable them. Afterwards, the challenge comes from S ranking all the stages and/or bosses which usually happens via beating them without getting hit. When you play like this, the games are great.
> too many clusterfricks going on the screen
This is my initial reaction every time I start a Gunvolt game. Shit seems impossible. But somehow you just get used to it by the time you start to take the training wheels off.
The Gunvolt games are good fun, it's very satisfying to get S-ranks. In terms of gameplay I'd rank them as ASG 3 > ASG 2 > LA IX > LA IX 2 > ASG 1, but I know others who prefer ASG 2/LA IX to ASG 3, depending on whether you prefer Copen's playstyle or Kirin's playstyle. I still recommend getting ASG just to read the story and understand what's happening in the sequels. Also if you do get them, trust me, although some bosses feel like bullshit everything can be dodged once you get good and understand them.
Nope, shit series. The side characters are more fun and the story is moronic even for anime with power levels so absurdly high the story has to snap itself in half to even slightly justify the villains not literally flicking the entire cast out of existence casually.
>Now poorgays want good games under 3 bucks
>5 is too much
>Also have to last long
For real you guys have such absurdly unreasonable standards, holy frick.
You just grind for the sake of grinding. In VS you gain new maps, characters and such fairly quickly and some in pretty fun ways, in SS you just run one of the 5 maps until you can pay for X, with them requiring items that only drop on a certain map on a certain mode.
The enemies spam so many aoes in such large numbers that eventually you just become physically incabale of staying on screen with them. The pace becomes glacial as you have to rely on the one second out of 60 when you can do any real damage to anything (if that even exists) or its 15 different functionally identical status effects you apply at once with everty attack to slowly kill the bosses for you.
Classes feel overly samey despite the grind.
Its clearly balanced around more dodges than you actually get at the start of a run, but if you get too many it becomes basically impossible to lose, as being able to dodge is all that actually matters (unlike VS which had no dodges because the goal was to simply do enough damage to not need to dodge)
Its incredibly repetitive and boring.
Code Vein sucks. Fails as a vampire game because everyone is just a generic anime teenager, fails as an action game or spectacle because everything has near permanent super-armor, fails as a fun game because its piss easy and has terrible map design.
Hades is boring. You dictate your weapon pre-run and then add god buffs which are the same for every weapon. Every run is the same. Only meaningful randomization is finding hammers.
I'm trying to purchase games for few weeks now and still it failed, asked all my friends and it's same for them to, steam has a dogshit service in turdworld countries and then people complain pirating is bad
Have you tried living in a real country? That works for me
Only good far cry was blood dragon and you pirate homosexuals ruined it.
What are some metroidvanias
Metroid
castlevania
is there a way to filter out indie games?
I want to search for old good shit but both cost the same so i have to sift through hundreds of low effort indie garbage
>is there a way to filter out indie games?
yes, in a search just look at "narrow by tag" and then hit the minus button next to Indie. Tags are inconsistent as frick in my experience but usually because they're too generous and being applied to games they shouldn't, which shouldn't be a problem in this case.
thank you, your iq is very high
>already bought 15 games
>know that I'm not going to beat all of them
>still getting the urge to buy more
This shit is fricking addicting.
When I ignore the sales I don't give a shit about missing them
I have already spent 500 eurobucks this sale
Maybe my rule of "only buy games that are at least 60% off" was too lenient
My rule is don't buy anything that I'm not going to install and play right know. I buy a couple of games a year.
I'm actually wanting to archive every game out there that's worth playing.
Just in case my country decides to limit access to internet.
I'm on my third purchase spree
I bought 3
(3) games
They all sucked
Shame
what games
you probably got filtered by stranger of paradise and death road to canada
How would I get filtered by SoP? Its insanely easy. Its easier than both Nioh games and those games were already easy. The idea you consider the game hard enough anyone could get filtered means you probably get filtered bt most games.
why would you think it's shit unless you sucked at it?
On one hand it's a bad idea to buy more than you can finish before the next sale.
One the other hand, Steam sales are so shit nowadays that those games will most likely have the same price.
I want to buy every game I see because I need to consoom but I haven't bought a single game yet and I hope it stays this way because I wouldn't even play the games I buy
Bought 6, finished 3
don't think
just consoom
>tfw I only bought battlebit so far which wasn't even on sale
loving the steam sales so far
Is nioh 2 a good game if you like dark souls and want more of the like? already played the trilogy and elden ring
No, Nioh is a pure action game like Ninja Gaiden except it has stamina bar
You won't like it. It's more of an arpg, as in gears matter more at high level, combo is highly encouraged, and the game is more about actually using all available options to you.
Its a good game but its not really like Darksouls beyond the superficial. Maps picked from menu is the biggest difference liable to kill it for you.
It's a more fast paced action game, also it has Diablo loot instead of static loot like in Soulsborne games.
buy katana zero right MEOW
do not let the troony colors fool u
Gunfire or Spelunky 2?
I heard gunfire is fun but it's chink and I don't really buy chink shit
Spelunky 2 is well-designed and challenging so I would go with that.
Gunfire. Spelunky 2 lost its soul
Got Mary Skelter 2 and I'm getting frame drops here and there. Is this a common issue? I'm using a wireless controller by the way, and my GPU is a RX 6800 XT.
next time I'm gonna jerk off before getting a steam card, I don't have money for actual games now
What's something fun for under 9 moneys?
I'm gonna find kino steam sales with pekora
cya losers
went through my cart over the last day, any more revisions I should make? Trying to get this down to at least $150
>made in abyss
Looks like super janky shit.
agreed however I love the anime and there was a thread about the game here yesterday with everyone praising it so idk, I'll gamble with it.
Right now I'm thinking about dropping ICEY, OneShot, Alba, Meg's Monster, Spark, Cozy Grove, and Frogun. I got one more day to sit on it.
It is, but it's also really good if you're looking for immersive exploration.
Reposting some mods for the game. I recommend installing the first one if you want a more "relaxing" experience (as opposed to being forced to constantly keep moving).

Oneshot sucked, or at least the <2 hours I played of it. The gameplay literally just consists of walking around and talking to people, it was the most boring shit imaginable. Do not recommend.
thanks. Was recommended by a cult of fans so I was already on the fence about it. dropped.
Niko is kind of mid. It looks cute and the movement is fun but all the activities are too basic. it IS very cute though.
Besides Starship Troopers: Extermination and dorfs what multiplayer game could I get?
How is hogwarts? Should i pull the trigger?
Relatively interesting combat, back half just has boring open world shit. I wouldn't buy it for that price yet unless you really REALLY love Harry Potter
Best part of the game is the early parts where you explore the school, after that the game gets super repetitive and boring.
It's okay. I found the combat fun due to how it lets you use spells to keep a combo going and the forbidden spells are satisfying to use but it gets meh as the game goes on.
I'd wait for a bigger discount.
Hogwarts is alright but definitely wait for a bigger discount on that
I need to reduce the cost to 20€
piracy is out of question, which games do i remove from this list and why? Alternatively reccomend replacement games
shit last game is lost dimension for 5 bucks and the total is 35€
skip nosferatu for sure
yes even for 50 cents
removed
removed nosferatu, played ss1 it was okay so it stays, anime shit looks interesting combat wise, need more reasons as to why remove both
Keep: SS2, Arx Fatalis, Stronghold, DeuSex
Remove: Nosferatu (boring), SS1 (extremely dated and unfun), Lost Dimension (anime shit)
Best games under 30$?
Post more fat people falling down and maybe I'll tell you
I'd believe that if you actually played video games
Tell me what to remove please.
My honest opinion? Everything except vanquish and bayonetta
The ones I've played in your cart - Okami, Bayo+Vanquish, Hi-Fi Rush and GRIS are all good.
Keep:
Okami
Bayonetta+Vanquish
FPS Puzzle bundle
Obra Dinn
Rest are either shit or I haven't played.
keep Okami, Hi-fi, and Vanquish without Bayo 1 if it's cheaper
note that Okami is really fricking long.
Hi-Fi. Boring maps, tiny moveset, rhythm gimmick is just very basic timing and not particularly fun, unlikeable characters. If you really want another DMC clone get assault spy for like < 1/6th of that price instead.
Drop Necrovision, extremely unsatisfying as both a melee game and shooter with a narrative that feels like it was rewritten every single level.
Spterra core is both long and mediocre, you're realistically going to
A: Never play it beyond the first 30 mins (because its not very good)
B: Burn out before finishing it
Drop Nosferatu, not worth your time.
Get 1 king's bounty game not the bundle they're basically the same shit and you're unlikely to want to play more than 1
Summoner is reasonably paced with an okay story so probably keep that but bear in mind the balance is shit. (shame the sequel never came to pc, its much better)
Drop Din's Curse straight up bad game, asset flip tier.
Rest look fine
Extremely braindead combat owing to the infinite dodges that cost nothing and parry mechanic that most of the time gives less MP than hitting shit.
Tying the main source of extra MP gain to Samurai so you waste 1 slot on it or have much less to work with.
Everything costs MP while Nioh 2 split everything between 3 different resources.
Classes only really differ in what Y does.
All weapons share the same combo routes.
All enemies can simply just not to take hitstun and the answer is always to just press Y (unless they dont' feel like it) or parry. As such, all enemies are solved the same exact way. As such they all feel the same.
You're using weapons that feel the same to fight enemies that feel the same using jobs that feel the same in maps that feel the same in a game completely devoid of any difficulty at all because you have effectively infinite MP with a tiny bit of patience and as such infintie HP (although you rarely even need to heal, because you can just have blood weapon up and kill things before they act)
etc
