NG2 controls mostly the same as NG1 and while I am spoiled by Team Ninja's newer games in terms of movement and camera, NGB still holds up otherwise and is still the best one by a fair margin.

Nah I'm with him. I just finished Rebirth too and it was ridiculously long. It's tiring. They didn't need to add ANOTHER Hojo filler dungeon either. I'm glad Stellar Blade is shorter but still has some meat on its bones if you want to explore or do side quests.
Perfect length, though the open world sections were a bit annoying.
I did all the sidequests except for the fishing ones.
At least I hope I did, some people started popping up in Eidos 7 in the flooded commercial sector late game.
But I never checked all maps for new npcs.

Also one more thing that got changed, which is not mentioned often but personally really pissed me off, is that the gore got censored. Demo has a lot more blood splatter. I’m playing NG+ and learning that it has an additional 30+ outfits! There’s around 70 outfits in this game, and new exoskeletons and items in ng+ too. Pretty rad.

All the game trailers, promo art and even the demo were the uncensored build. Not only the dev didn't mentioned censorship, 3 days before release they made a tweet saying the game is shipping uncensored World wide and then we get this. Also one more thing that got changed, which is not mentioned often but personally really pissed me off, is that the gore got censored. Demo has a lot more blood splatter. I was really looking forward to brutalise some frickers and it's gone from the main game. Frick this shit, honestly.

Or you go to sites like nexusmods, and you notice that they don't just arbitrarily ban mods, but consciously ban only mods that go against this political agenda, even when the mods make the games objectively better, as with e.g., the ser aylin mod or the less-homosexualry mods for BG3. Both of which make the game objectively better, but are banned on political grounds. Also, incidentally, they make the games objectively better because they've been deliberately made objectively worse for the same political reasons. By people who don't want to make games better, but want to make them worse for the sake of their agenda.
