Drow are known to be a sort of "true evil" or "born evil" or "evil creature", unlike men who can change or be what they wish. Viconia is in Keldorns eyes, similar to a monster or creature.
ironic considering Viconia is the only evil character next to Sarevok that can actually change her alignment to chaotic good if you make the right dialog choices.
