A dodge roll that doesn't even have to exist for the type of game it is, but because this game is riding the coattails of several other popular games they had to throw in the epic raid battles where you have to dodge roll to avoid the moves. Even pokemon arceus did that lame shit, every action game puts a fricking dodge roll in it now.
I mean I think it'd be weirder if a game didn't have a dodge roll, how else are you supposed to dodge attacks? Walking out of the way? It just makes sense as a combat mechanic.
Wish more games would adopt the Wildstar dodgeroll that's just a fast movement option with no invincibility frames

Bosses being able to fire a bazillion attacks at you at once and stunlock you with no recourse is also stupid. Having a tiny opportunity to evade the attack if you time it right helps make the fight fair.
