It creates an extra legal requirement that puts any game publisher at the risk of being sued at any point in time as long as they sell a game, which will lead to more games being delisted and more focus on services that wouldn't fall under this law.

The Crew is already being delisted exactly because of this kind of bullshit by the way, it's a legal liability to have a nonfunctional game already and the way to get around that is removing it entirely, which the petition does not address at all.
