What you do is solve puzzles, do mini quests for robots, and sometimes have to do stealth stuff to avoid getting killed. There's a segment where you are shooting headcrabs with a UV gun to make them explode while giant mutant eyes watch you from the sewer walls.
Ganker says it's a walking simulator though so that means none of that is true.

This game is overly simple but really it's just the natural modern equivilent of a point and click game. The puzzles are mostly "use item on object to get other item to use on other object" just like that genre was. It just has some stealth, escape, and minor combat mixed in in places.
